If there is an (open) sign next to a gym, neomail weedle to apply with what Pokemon of that Gym type you currently own and will be using (6-10 Pokemon required). Only official Hokaru trainers may apply for a gym.

If the league is active enough then more Gyms may open.

The first four trainers to beat all gyms will become part of the Elite Four (if they wish to, of course).
