Welcome in Neopia one day without much warning at all... it's as if they came from another world... Hello guest, and welcome to Hatched, my Draik Directory. I (bumbleh_bee) decided to make this directory when I was playing with my draik Keh one day and she complained that she didn't have any friends. I felt so sorry for her that I set out on a mission to find her some! Several weeks and a lot of researching later, here it is! *insert exclamatory word of choice here* I hope you like it.
Updates
*the most recent updates are at the top* 21/9/2009 I've been sick, which is why there's been a lack of updates for the past while, but I'm a lot better now and able to update more often again. I added 12 new draiks today. 9/9/2009 Draik day today! 2 new draik colours were released, and 2 new draik eggs! I added them to the page. I also got my appraisal from 'Appraisals', click the button in the sidebar to read it if you want to. I'm currently working on expanding the site into a more in-depth draik information page. I've been collecting images of draiks, a list of draik items and information about famous draiks in Neopia. It should all be on the page within a few weeks, although it's only taking so long because I only started back at college. 5/9/2009 Added 13 new draiks and advertised. 1/9/2009 Added a new draik. 30/8/2009 Added to Al-Dalil directory, and became affies with them. Pending for 2 reviews, and added 9 more draiks! 29/8/2009 Was added to Angel's Palace, Boombox, Converse AllStarz, Dark as Day and Soroptimist directories. Applied to several review sites. Added the first 10 draiks! (including my own, haha!) 29/8/2009 Finished coding. Took AGES. NeoMailed several draik owners, directories and review sites to get the ball rolling. Hopefully this directory will be taking off soon! 28/8/2009 Started work on the site. Made the basic div layout and began working on the content. Finished sidebar, welcome note, how to get a draik and avatar sections. BEGGERS BEWARE: None of the pets in this directory are up for adoption or trade, so please don't pester the owners. So, You Want a Draik? There are several options you can choose from on your quest to get your own draik, but they're all rather expensive as draiks are quite rare! They are: - Draik Eggs You can buy draik eggs from other users via the Trading Post or the Auctions, or if you're very quick you can catch them when they re-stock at Merifoods. Once you've obtained your draik egg you need to take it to the Draik Nest to hatch it. This method means that your draik will have unique Draik attributes as opposed to the stats of a pet you morphed into a draik. 
 
 
Morphing Potions Like draik eggs you can buy morphing potions from other users through the trading post or auctions, or if you're very fast you can buy them in Kauvara's Magic Shop! They go very quickly though, so you have to have fast fingers.Therese are the colours currently available in draik morphing potions: - 
Transmogrification Potion You can get extremely lucky sometimes and get a random event from sloth in which he hands you a transmogrification potion, but it's very rare, and it's very unlikely he'll hand you a draik one! If you like the look of a mutant draik, you can try and find one of these potions, I hear they taste disgusting though!  Avatars
