What is Weather Witchcraft?
In general, weather witching is the practice of changing the weather for a specific place and time. Once you are good at it, the only limit you have is your own imagination, experience and power. It's quite the opposite of what Yoda said about the Force: "Size matters not." Making a strengthening hurricane 1000 miles away fall apart is much more difficult than making the local temperature drop 3 degrees as it requires a great deal more of strength, experience and concentration.
If I am relaxed and centered, and make a positive, well-formed request, I generally see results within 24 hours. How do I reach my relaxed state? Rolling my shoulders and closing my eyes, then taking a deep breath, can work just about anywhere. But most effective for me is when I am relaxed which is often while gardening ^__^.
Can anyone do Weather Witchcraft?
My observations have been that everybody does do weather magic to some degree, although the vast majority of it is subconscious. Some individuals can have a very powerful effect, totally without doing it on purpose. It seems to me, just like with any spiritual/psychic work, deliberate and conscious practice can make even someone with little natural talent into an effective weather witch.You can ask yourself a few questions to see if you are a natural weather witch (or warden as I like to call myself) such as:
Are you under the impression that weather forecasts are too unreliable to be useful?
Have you gotten a reputation for outdoor events? For instance, when you to do a spot of gardening on a nice sunny day, does it suddenly rain heavily despite the weather forcast? Or the opposite?
Can you cloud-bust? (That's when you look at a cloud and will it to dissipate.)
Have you ever wished very hard for a particular type of weather and had it arrive when you wanted it, despite it not being forecast?
Do you worry about possible weather conditions that would ruin your plans and then have them come about?
If you do have some natural talent, then you owe it to yourself to see if you can use it consciously and deliberately. But like I said, anybody could learn how to do basic weather witching however, only those with the experience and talent can command the weather like I. Weather witching is a large responsibility not given to just about anyone.
What kinds of things do you do with your magic?
I bring sunshine to my picnics and outdoor festivities, rain to the farmers, snow to the children. I can adjust the temperature to within a degree of what I am aiming for. I can alter wind speed with a high degree of accuracy. I can stop or shift the course of hurricanes. In fact, the last two hurricane seasons have been decidedly average, despite being forecast as horrendously huge and starting out at a rate that would make them be huge. All of the "experts" are baffled, but I know what is going on… ;)
I must admit, though, that it works better if I leave the details up to the weather itself; if I focus on what I want when and where, the weather very graciously rearranges itself to accommodate me. Clearly, I have personified the weather in my mind; it has feelings and preferences and intelligence. I respect that about the weather, and the weather respects that I have only the best interests of Mother Earth in mind and will therefore go along with me ^^

Nickname: Frosty
Age: 24
Location: Mostly lives at a secluded part of Mystery Island so that she can be close to the patterns of the volcano. However, Frosty travels to many different continents to study the patterns of weather everywhere.
Occupation: Weather Warden
Design: Frosty has eyes as blue as the clearest skies in Neopia (lol I'm a poet and I didn't even know it), hair as white as the snow in Terror Mountain and skin as dark as Kreludor. She always wears her cherry barette in her hair to remind her of her garden at home when she is away from home (which is a lot. Without Frosty, who would save the world from natural disasters such as many tsunami. These often originate from Maraqua (which mostly aim at Krawk Island, eek.)
This is currently a summary of what you can expect. This should detail Frosty's home life, her background and of course, how she came into her powers ^^
Frosty had an extraordinary childhood. She had a warm loving family who had a house in the countryside on Mystery Island. She was an only child and as such, she was showered with love and affection. Her favourite thing to do was garden and her flowers were exquisite. People would come from all over to look at the flowers that she had grown. She always knew she was special because of her luck with gardening but really, it was no luck at all as she ensured that they grew in the most perfect temperature all season. However, in her story you will see how Frosty came into her greater powers and what situation caused her to do so.
Basically, there's a huge tsunami heading for mystery island which threatens the lives of all her family and friends. She's afraid of telling everyone about her powers for fear of people not accepting her for who she is. Yet, she stops the tsunami right at the very last second by freezing the wave so it becomes a large protective barrier and then controlling it to go back to the seas from which it came. However, as Frosty's fame spreads around Neopia she is often called on to save the Neopia from many different threats. And so, the adventure is just beginning.

As you can see, she has tiny (adorably cute) wings which are quite small for a dragon (namely because I've discovered, I'm not that great at the whole wings thing but don't worry, I'll get better n_n) but as she is a weather warden she can simply command the wind to help her along her way ^^
I wanted these to become adoptables because they're so cute, but my boyfriend who has seen me putting so much effort into the application for Frosty, decided to make me a few to help me along, which was so lovely of him (seeing as he's not a neopets player and thinks these kind of things are weird xD)

I drew this picture to hover over her pet lookup a while after I adopted Frosty because I got inspiration from another user's petlookups and thought it would look cute. I thought a picture of Milky would be a picture image to hover over her info ^^ I'm moderately proud of this picture as the shading isn't too bad.
