I can sorta tell where the cut off of the shoryu is, it gets a darker shade of purple. The text is also hard to read, it'd be better if it was filled with white, or if the inside had a white border.
The banner image and the right side of the layout are ill-aligned, move the right side over about one or two pixels.
That navigation is annoying, it covers up some text. (More in layout)

I have a few... issues with your buttons.
Darn it, didn't I already talk about this with Buttoness? The animation here is way too fast, and it's also too dark. When it plays, you can hardly read the text.
Here, the animation is too light. I like the effect, but how about instead of shining white, how about shining a very light version of the main color? For example, pale yellow for The Lighthouse button, and light blue for the other.

The navigation is overlaying the text, even when I do go to full screen. (My resolution = 1024 by 768) Move the layout all the way over to the right, and keep the navigation where it is to fix this.
There should be more pink, blue, and purple in your site. The main header color is barely anywhere in your banner, and it would look pretty as a blue or purple header. Bold the text on the smallest header so it's easier to read.

All of your scroll boxes need to be a little bit taller (about 25 px).
Put your sister sites side by side in a table, two sites to a row. It will be more fair to them, while reducing scroll. ♥
Put your achievements in a scroll box, it's to large to just spill out. Also, to reduce loading times try to use text links where possible in this section.

I hate to say this, but you bumped up your visitors counter. The status page counts repeat visits, while boingdragon does not. I thought I got 50 + views for my old page, turns out it was me previewing the page 50 times. ^^
Normally, I'd boo you for requesting other linkback buttons. But, you request from sites that have similar styles, so I don't mind much. ♥

The banner's font is larger than it should be, it would be easier to read if it was smaller. The blend is also just a bunch of images with almost no theme, but it seems to work well.
The layout should be moved up to near the top, because you don't have the neopets advertisement.

Most of the animation you do is to fast, like the one below:
I love the banners, but they're to big, and on some computers they might cover the entire screen. 600 x 350 is a good size to stay around. The other banners (closed, hiatus, etc.) are bland, add textures and brushes. You make excellent blends! ♥
For the banner requests, add options of the fonts and effects they can choose. Also, have a blend/no blend option for even further customization.
Make some more color options for the resources, not every layout matches with gray.
I love the icons and fake avatars. You should make tons more! :) ♥

Add more red to your layout, there's tons in the banner. Instead of orange, use purple it's in the banner, and it will give the page a pop of refreshing color.
The underlines and links don't stand out. For the underlines, change the color of the text but not the underline. And for the links, try either bolding them, coloring, or italizing them.
Both of the main headers are screaming in all caps, change one to lowercase for a contrast. The first header would look better with a different font, such as Century Gothic or Tahoma. Getting rid of the gray side border on the first header wouldn't hurt, it looks sorta out of place.
All the scroll boxes would look better the same color as the updates box.

Separate the banner and button pickup, for easier pickup. It would make more sense if the graphics came before the resources.
In the sitely section, move up your site to right below the affies.

Align text to the left, it looks much neater than centered text. Add some color to the text to help break it up, the gray and black mixture is slightly annoying.
In the Requests section, rules would look better if it where the second header.

Capitalize more, all lowercase looks sloppy and lazy. (By the quality of your graphics, I know you're neither)

The banner is nice, but I don't think the background matches at all. Solid baby blue would fit perfectly in with the banner.

You should use more blue to tie into the banner.
The navigation is a little boring, spice it up by adding a hover effect. It would also look better aligned to the left/right.
The header you use for the poems is small, bump up the text size and perhaps bold it.

I like Abusive Flowers, because you take such a dark subject and twist it into a subject that isn't quite as dark and evil. Normally, I'd tell you to stay away from such topics such as those in Trash Blanket and Brooke Toroson, but you mask them so well that you're okay.
Toffee could stand to be longer, how about talking about an unknown flavor? So could An Overstuffed Shelf, but that might mess up your 378 thing. And finally, Poemboat could use another stanza or two.

Your non-poem text should be aligned to the left, it's tons easier to read.
Divide your poems up, so it's less of a scroll. I'd go for two poem sections, Poems A - L and Poems A - Z. It be a creative idea if you had a section just for your The Lullaby poems. ^^

The gradient on the banner is a little too bright.
I can't really tell what the background is supposed to be, but it's still really pretty.

On the first header (h1) you need a little more padding, the q's and p's touch the very bottom edge. ^^ Also I find that when you use Georgia in white, it gets hard to read. I like to bold it, it makes it easier to read.

Erm, I'm going to use the buttons as visuals, just incase you're a visual. (Like me!)
All of these buttons have the same problem, guess and see if you get it right. The gradient is too bright on all of them. It takes away from the images, and it distorts the colors. Try to make your gradients more transparent when adding them.
Stop for a second, and try to read the text on those buttons. Pretty hard, right? They animation is way to fast and hard to read. Try to have 100+ milliseconds in-between each frame. In fact, most of your animated buttons are to fast. A few more are like this, so I'll list them in a text box.

And as far as button bases are, get rid of these two they are so creepy.

Your affies box is way too small, make it taller so we don't have to scroll as much. Same thing for the rankings box as well.
Clear out old buttons (in the portfolio) from closed sites and put them in the old button portfolio, like the Base Crave and Point of View buttons.

Very nice, but I think some of the fonts could work for more than one avatar. Like the Fallen font could also work with the Gloomy avatar.
Never, ever use contractions in fonts! They don't work, and they look very illiterate. The only exception is when using the two words would put your letter count over. (From no neoboard pen to needing one)
In the pick up section, try to include a screenie of what the font will look like, that way the requester doesn't have to clear their font just to see if they like it.

I hate repeating myself, I've said this before. DON'T ever center text! It makes it very hard to read, and it looks odd and misshapen. Centering text is okay when it's only one sentence or less. Never more! (Sorry about the rant.) ^^*

That background is really, awkward. I like the pattern, but it'd fit the theme better if it were gray.
The navigation is so big it's scrolling, and it shouldn't be. Make each navigation link have about 10 pixels of padding instead of 20.

Make it much shorter, so the annoying scroll doesn't get in the way of viewing. Try to through in some more blue, like maybe the bolds or italics could be blue.

700 links, I was about to skip this category, but I found one thing. You recommend way to many sites! Be more selective, and limit yourself. Try to have no more than 15 per large category, 10 for medium, 1-3 for small, and 1 for super small. Loving every site you see makes you seem overly nice and likely not to care if people don't link back. Also, it just plain confuses people.

I absolutely hate any centered text, unless it's only 1-2 sentences! It makes it harder to read, less organized, and plain un-attractive! :( Always align text to the left, even the links!
I couldn't find the Graphics section for at least 5 minutes, and quite frankly, I was freaking out! :| It should have it's own page in the layout. It's own! That's final, conversation over!
In the Link Directory category, the Adoptables/Pixels Directories is messed up and aligned to the right.
In the Premades -Graphics section, Lost Attic Graphics is an open-ended link.

Very nice layout, it just took forever to load. (Dial up folks, what can I do?) The neo police sign was a little annoying.
I don't really like how the main headers are images. Try using a coded one with a common font, but dressed up to look similar to that font. (bolding the font, using fonts with serfs, etc.)

Usually I get on to people for not using bolds and italics. But, alas you overuse them! Every other word is pink and yellow, yuck!

First things first, you didn't edit the navigation links at all! That saddens me deeply, your site has to much potential to do that! :( Looking at your source, I see that you called the class link, which overrides the original links. Change one to navi then try that.
The light yellow in the layout is ever so annoying, change it to the teal color from the sprinkles on the banner. (That'd be awesome!)
Speaking of the banners, the font and sitely banners still say 'a site by amy' which doesn't really make sense.

I really like your fonts, but I have a few suggestions. For starters, on all the fonts the main text is still the default font, liven it up!
For the slorg font, after the last star, put three circles like at the beginning if you can.
Also, try not to use contractions if you know that they won't work.

I really like your entire setup. The shades of orange give off a nice warming effect.
The banner has more pink than orange, so perhaps make your italics or underlines pink? The text on the banner is hard to read too.

Your criteria is very intense and extensive, but I would make Originality worth 10 points and Organization worth 15. Putting the link backs and sitely together and making them worth 10 points be better. Get rid of the updates and put that 5 points in the layout section, because layouts are more important. (And you can cover updates in the sitely section)
The one review you've done is really helpful, using the actual button images was a good idea. But, instead of using asterisks bold the words you want to stand out.
