It is proven though that the curse was conjured by bellitrix lastrange and numerous other deatheaters who landed themselves in azkaban for this deed. Finally, the imperious curse is the final curse in the unforgivable curse's road. This curse cause the beholder of the wand compleate control over the victim. Belitrix lastrange, again, after escaping from azkaban, preformed this curse on neville longbottom. If my mind serves me right, she caused him to tap dance and preform gymnastics in the minstry of magic. Alastor moody aka barty crouch Jr. at the time, preformed this curse on a spider before harrys 4th year defense against the dark arts class, while the true moody was locked in a trunk. As you can see the unforgivable curses have been preformed by many despicable wizards that has led them down the road to azkaban and some... death.
