Welcome Foster, and anyone else who has come across my application for the lovely Thelovelyblue_white2, or Azul, as I shall be calling her throughout this app. Before we continue, I would just like to point out I was not forced to make this application in any way! I'm doing this of my own free will. And also, anything in bold is Azul talking.
Let's begin with the lady herself! Azul will tell you about herself.
Name: It's Azul Jolie Valkoinen.
Eyes: They're kind of a orangey yellow?
Home: I travel too much for that.
Meaning: Azul is blue in Spanish. Jolie is lovely in French. Valkoinen is white in Finnish, but I believe you know that one? Anyway, all together it means Blue Lovely White.
Gender: Girl. Isn't that obvious...?
Human Age: Nineteen, I guess.
Type: I walk on two legs, so I guess I'm anthro.
Species: I'm a Mutant Kyrii, though I don't really look mutant.
Personality: Confident, daring, outgoing, sly, arrogant, devious, brave, inconsiderate
Hair: It's dark blue with bright yellow streaks in it. It's really long, messy and thick, too...
Pelt: Blue.
Clothing: I like blue, modern, casual clothing. Nothing girly or fancy.
Job: I'm's a thief, and a very good one at that!
Petpet: Cloud the Faerie Juma. If you look at the pet lookup of the pet who is hosting my application, you can see I already bought and painted Cloud.
Element: I guess it would be air...

He's my dad, though he doesn't seem like a good one. He just treats me like all of the other thieves... I think the power of being the leader of our society has gone to his head. I mean, sure, I respect him. But I don't think he's stolen anything in years and like I said, the power's gone to his head. I think we need a change of pace, and I want to be that change.

My mom... um... she died when I was born. I was partially named after her... I don't have a lot to say, since I never knew Mom myself. I only have Dad's stories. He says that she was very kind and pure, and didn't seem like she belonged with a theif like him. I'm pretty sure he blames me for her death, though he'd never admit it...

She's alright, I guess. For a noble, anyway... I had been stealing this family heirloom sapphire thing and when I was about to make my perfect getaway, she tackled me and then followed me back to the hideout! That got me in quite a bit of trouble with Daddy. To get back at him I freed her 'cause she was gonna be used as a hostage, and then we got caught in a snowstorm and hid in a cave and yeah, she isn't actually that bad.

He is OBVIOUSLY insane. I was thrown at him for some reason and he didn't seem to care, and then when I tried to get a bit of cash from his pockets he showed his insane-ness and held a KNIFE out at me and asked if I wanted to play tag! Too creepy! ;___;
So, you've learned the basics about Azul. What she's like, who her family is, who her friends are, who her enemies are. But now I'm going to take you deeper into her character.
Let's just go bit by bit. Like mentioned above, she likes stealing. It's her job. Her father is the leader of a Thieves Society. Azul was raised in it, and she's one of the best thieves in the Society! And because of this, she has a disliking of her father, since he is the head. Of course, she respects him, but she feels he doesn't deserve the spot. Azul thinks she should have it instead. But I think that's enough of the thief side. Let's move on to the more mystical side of her, shall we?
She has powers. She could control the weather. Create tornados and storms with just a flick of her hand, and make the clouds clear in a second with another flick.
And she hates it.
Let me guess what you're thinking! Why would she hate such an awesome power?! Why would she think of it as just an annoyance when she could rule the world with it?!
Azul doesn't understand her powers. She can't control them, or do any of the things mentioned above. Why? There was simply nobody there to teach her how. So how do her powers take form instead? They react to her emotions. It storms when she's mad, rains when she's sad. The clouds clear when she's happy and wind blows when she's scared. Sometimes the weather reacts to her will but she really can't control it.
You might be wondering how exactly she got these powers. You see, not long before Azul was born, her father had stolen from a young air faerie. The faerie was furious! To get back at him she tried to put a curse on his soon-to-arrive child. Of course, like I said, she was very young and didn't really know how to control her magic either, and thus gave Azul her powers. The curse did hurt Azul's father, but in a different way than the faerie had intended. Azul's mother's body was frail, and having the magic and powers inside of her was too much. She was able to hold on long enough for Azul to be born, but soon after that she passed away, and it hurt both Azul and her father.
And now I'll let you move on to her likes and dislikes, but before I do, I just want to ask something. Do you remember just a week ago, when I said I had gotten a idea spark for her? This was it. That she could control storms.
Simple. Controlling the weather with a flick of her hand? Using it to rule the world?
She doesn't know how.

Soooo... I guess it's time to talk about myself, huh? .o.; Well. My name is Siobhan, but some call me Shevi or Usagi. On Neopets, I'd call myself an artist/roleplayer, as I do both. |D; You can usually find me in the Beauty Contest boards, and I'm usually on both the Petpagers Society (PS) and Art and Roleplay Chat (ARC) chatboards.
I currently have four accounts. My main, Sassy777888, my lab side, Rainebel, my currently-disrupted xweetok side, Hyperosity, and the account Azul will be going on, Bunny_Alchemist.
Off of Neopets... I'm a fairly average girl, I'd say. I LOVE playing video games like Portal, Rune Factory and Pokemon, and I also love reading! My favourite book series is called Maximum Ride, and it's about a bunch of kids with wings and other cool abilities~
The only time I can ever remember being warned was just once, recently. I had been talking about one of my characters, Eliscaia. She is a captive, but I had been using a different word for it, and I suppose TNT didn't like it... but believe me, I will be much, much more careful from now on. When I got that warning, I was horrified. I'm just not ready to leave Neopets yet. All those hours I've put into this site, into my pets... I'm not ready to let all of that go to waste.
Oh, and I'm a real-life pet owner too! I have a dog named Sadie, and I love her a lot~ She's super adorable and poses when she sleeps and it's like SUPAR SADIEEEE.
I'm also an anime (Japanese cartoon) fan, and my favourite anime ever is Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, with Ouran High School Host Club following close behind. Yay for Tamaki and Ed!
Well... I'm running out of things to say, and this app is supposed to be about Azul, anyway, not me. So, how about we move onto why I'm writing this app for her?
Okay, so... well, you know that the first time I saw her, I felt attracted to Azul. I'm not all that sure why, personally. Sure, mutants are always very cool, but I was never really attracted to the Kyriis. It might have been her name. I just don't know.
And then, I don't really know how much time later, I came across her again. I know a member of the guild you're in, the Mutant Militia. She asked for help bumping the Mutant Day Adopt-A-Mutant board, so I did, and I gave a quick look at the page with UFA mutants she was advertising. It was your page, and I saw Azul again. Later that day, I was thinking about her more, and I got the spark.
Again, not sure why. It might have been because of the Mutant Day festivities, and I wanted to adopt a mutant because of it. But whatever the reason, I got the spark. With the help of a friend (THANK YOU NINJA~! ♥) I evolved the spark into the storm-controlling thief character I now love.
Then, as you know, I came across her AGAIN about a week ago now and I thought that I should give the character to the pet that inspired me to make her in the first place; Azul. I just hope that you think so too.
So, why should you pick me? Well, for a start, I would enter her in the Beauty Contest a lot, and hopefully win many trophies for her. I would give her a full petpage, eventually even with a story, and I would roleplay and draw her a lot as well.
I know the last two things aren't really apparent on my other pets, but I promise I do draw my characters quite a bit, even if the art doesn't make it onto their petpages. And as for the story... I have a lot on my plate right now and it just isn't the best time, so it will probably take a long while, but I really do hope to get them done.
Also, two of my friends wrote some recommendations for me. I didn't ask them or even hint for them to do this, they did it of their own desire. Thank you guys ♥ *hugs* Here they are!
One more reason why you should pick me? I will always, always love Azul. Even if she goes through many character changes, I will always love her. I would never even THINK of trading her, and if I need to adopt her out, I would offer her back to you before I did. But when I look into a crystal ball, if I do get her, I can't ever see myself giving her up. Let me tell you what I do see!
What I do see in the crystal ball of Azul's future with me is pretty much what my promises above are. I would enter her in the Beauty Contest a TON (in fact, if I get her, I'm going to enter her with the second picture in the art by me section as soon as I can find a good week for advertising!), hopefully earn lots of shiny trophies for her to drool over, a full petpage with a story, lots of friends and enemies gathered from roleplaying, and lots and lots of portraits in her scrapbook. I also see many robberies, storms, rain clouds, sunny days, and tornados in the future as well ;D
But let's look away from the future and back to the present, shall we?

Cherry is my first ever pet. She's quite the tomboy, and will stand up for anyone that needs help. She loves adventures, nature, stories, and candy. She even has her own ~MAGICAL CANDY FOREST~ so it's pretty much impossible for her not to! I don't think she and Azul would get along well if they met.

Fate is my second neopet, though she's the youngest character-wise. She's a four year old girly-girl that likes dolls, dressing up, and cute things. xD; I'd say she's the most simple character I have! She's fun and cute to draw, though, and oh-so-loveable and innocent.
★ Mizerrei ★
Miz... haha. I think she must be one of my favourite characters! She's Destiny's older sister, though they're nothing alike. Dessy is kind, caring, innocent and pure. Miz is mean, a bully, selfish, and often plays pranks and tricks on people. Though, like Dessy, she has powers. Hers are destructive balls of magic that explode on impact. I'm really sure that if Miz and Azul met, they would get along extremely well, and play tricks and heists together.
★ Destinea ★
Destiny is the shy bookworm of my family. She's Mizerrei's younger sister, and like Azul, she has powers, but she can control them. She can fly with little angel wings, and can create force fields and heal people with a simple motion of her hands. Dessy is also very kind, and would do anything to help others. Even if it meant putting herself in danger, she'd do it, despite being younger than most of my characters. I have a feeling that Azul would tease Dessy quite a bit...
★ Ayashiraya ★
Aya is an sorceress, and a very powerful one at that! To make money she uses her magic more like a magician's, and preforms shows in the streets of Neopia Central. She's not really perfected yet, though, so I don't really have that much to say.
★ Zebitax ★
Zeb is my only male character, haha... I'm just not good at drawing them! But anyway, Zebitax shares his little sisters' dark past and dreams about it nearly every night, as he remembers it the clearest from being the oldest of the three siblings. Even though his sisters were born with powers, he wasn't, but that hasn't stopped him from turning to elemental spells.
★ Eliscaia ★
Elis has to be my saddest character. Although she shares her sad past with her siblings, she is most affected by it. Every time she looks around or at herself, she is directly reminded of it. The Darigans changed her body to look like one of them. She still stays strong, somehow, and although they're seperated, Diya manages to help her from fully turning into a Darigan, and prevents the darkness from entering her heart.
★ Diyalth ★
Diya is seriously a drop of sunshine! Though she has a dark and sad past, she manages to shine and be happy anyway. She lives with a kind old lady named Elizabeth, who owns a small cafe in Meridell, where Diya works to help return the favour. She has two older siblings; Zebitax and Eliscaia, who she cares deeply for.

She's my little angry, sad ghostie. You see, she died of an illness over a hundred years ago. Her home from when she was alive was turned into the Mason Bed and Breakfast. Among many other renovations they put a wall over the door to her bedroom, so she has lots to be mad about! She plays tricks and pranks on the staff and people who stay there to vent, though she really is nice.

Jade is a princess of one of the undiscovered islands, and the heir of the throne. But no, she isn't a rebel, or a runaway, or have any problems with becoming Queen (other than having to put up with all the snobby noble girls her parents try to get her to be friends with). But she was betrayed in the past, and it deeply scarred her heart. Yet she can't let go of the green ribbon the person who betrayed her gave as a gift. She always uses it to tie her hair into a ponytail. Jade's reluctant to talk about it, though, and that's all she has told me so far.
★ Xinnirayne ★
Bahahaha, Rayne must be a favourite character too! She's a vampire that looks like a six year old, and enjoys tormenting her victims and playing games with them. She views mortals as bugs; just things for her to play with then step on. Of course, she puts on a mask of innocent sweetness to play with mortals and tease them. There are only two people she actually cares about; her older and sickly brother, Kairo, and a certain necromancer that's pretty much like a mother to Rayne.

Kevi is one of my newer characters, so I don't know so much about her, except that she's always been blind. However, Kevi doesn't mind being blind. She's used to it, and uses her ears to cover her lack of eyesight. Kevi also believes that because she cannot see, she's free from basing her opinions of people on their looks, and instead on the heart inside of them.
