Agency Rules
Firstly, in order to be eligable to adopt you must have:
At least one pet that's at level 5 or more
Played at least 15 games
At least one painted pet
Healthy pets (which includes hit points)
Sorry, if you don't meet all of those requirements, you cannot adopt any of my pets. They are simply there to make sure that the people who adopt these pets are dedicated to the ones they already own.
Here are my adoption agency rules. My adoption agency is on my side account usuki_gallery_79. Please abide by my rules or I will not read your application.
Larver43 will never be up for adoption so please do not ask to have him.
Accounts under 4 months old are unable to adopt pets over level 2 and limited edition pets. The following list are the only colours they're able to adopt (as long as they're level 1 and not LE):

No chatspeak and no short forms, especially lol'. It hurts my eyes, it's hard to understand and decipher, and it shows lack of effort. And please use proper grammar and spelling though the occasional mistake is understandable. Fake laughing is fine (ha, ha, ha).
Do not beg, Neomail me more than once, or keep asking 'have you decided yet?' because it won't help you get the pet.
All these pets have names and genders, so please use them. They are not 'its'.
If you are interested in any of my pets up for adoption, please send me a Neomail with an application, though petpage application is preferable. If you don't know HTML its very easy to learn and Neopets has a great tutorial here and there is another great one here (the second one takes a moment to load) but you don't have to go all out with HTML (a few images and a premade background is fine).

If your application is a Neomail, please state on the subject line 'Interested in ________' (name of pet) so I will know what the Neomail is regarding. Neomail my main account, Rockinsnakegirl04, not usuki_gallery_79.
If you decided to do a petpage application, please send me a Neomail with the subject reading 'Interested in ______' (name of pet) so I will know what the Neomail is regarding. In the Neomail please put a sentence or two (including your name or a nickname (something that I can call you) and the link to your application. Please, please make sure the link works first!
In your application please make sure you include: all your account names, your name or a nickname you like to be called, the pet's name you want to adopt, how often you're on Neopets, what you do on Neopets, and anything else you feel is important. Just having that list in the application and nothing else will not get you the pet. Be original with your application! Are you good at art? Draw a picture of the pet doing something. Do you like poetry? Write a poem about him/her. Roleplaying's always a bonus and I like to read and write stories. Have fun with it! A more detailed, well thought out application will have a much better chance than one that took no longer than five minutes to complete.
If you are doing a petpage application, please make sure the text is readable. If you can't read it, I won't be able to either.
If I do not answer to your Neomail within a day or two, it is because I am waiting for more applications to come in before I make my final decision.
Well, those are my rules. Follow them and you could very well become the owner of a painted pet! Good luck!
What To Do If You Are Chosen
If I decide I think you will be the perfect owner for the pet then I will Neomail you back with the good news and also with a day and time that I am able to pound him/her. Please note that this will always be in Neopian time, NST (ex. 'The 11th Day of Awakening', 3:00 pm) to avoid any confusion. Please then respond via Neomail to confirm that time. If the time is not good for you, please suggest a time and I will see if it will work for me. If I do not hear from you within a week of my replying to your application, I will assume you are no longer interested in the pet and will allow someone else to adopt him/her.
As we all know, anyone can adopt the pets in the pound. This is why it is so important that you and I know exactly when I will be pounding the pet to lower the chances of someone else adopting them. In order to make this process smoother, copy the pet's name , and when you're at the pound go to the 'Adopt-A-Pet Search Engine' and paste their name. I will pound the pet one second before our chosen time so he/she should be their when you click the button.
!!WARNING!! I am not liable for what happens to the pet once he/she is in the pound. After I've pounded the pet, they are no longer my responsibility therefore I cannot guarantee that you will get the pet.
If someone adopts pet before you please do not Neomail the new owner and beg for the pet or yell at them. They were not in the wrong and they followed the rules 100%. I understand it can be frustrating and I will be sympathetic and will offer you any of my other available pets up for adoption (excluding Larver43).
