DuskClan is a roleplaying guild that started on neopets in '07 but now has its own forum (called DUSK). Visit the forum for a glimpse of the latest updates and information, or to strike up a friendly chat with a member. So, this week we're going to be hosting an awesome party as means to try to bring more members into DUSK. There will be a raffle at the end of the week. To get your name put in the raffle, you just have to get on as much as you can all week, and just post away. Top prize will be a paint brush. Second will be a petpet paint brush. Third will be a painted petpet. Everyone else who participated will get a petpet!

Weather: There's still snow on the ground in some places, but the days are warming up. At night the ground still frosts over and temperatures dip.
Prey Flow: Prey is beginning to return now that Leaf-Bare has ended.

The Rules;;

1) Follow the warrior code.
2) Be nice to others. If you have a problem, tell me and I'll take care of it.
3) No chatspeak.
4) No spamming. Try to keep everything within one ooc post.
5) Please do not use powerplaying(pp) or godmoding(gd). If you don't know what that is maybe you aren't fit to join this guild.
6) Be pretty active. 3 times a 5 day week is good enough for me. Please tell me if you're going on vacation or else if your account isn't on for over 2 weeks, unnotified, it'll be deleted. (Unless you are a long-term member)
7) Not too much gore. Blood, fine. Guts.. ehh. And remember that this is a children's site.
8) 6-8 characters maxium. You can go a little over, but not too much you can't handle.

The Warrior Code;;

1) Defend your clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from the other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you might meet them in battle.
2) Do not hunt or trespass on another Clans' territory
3) Elders and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless the have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders
4) Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to Starclan for its life.
5) Newly appointed warriors will keep silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name.
6) A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice.
7) A cat connot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.
8) The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies or retires.
9) After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh.
10) A gathering of all four Clans is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among Clans at this time.
11) Boundaries must be checked and marked daily, Challenge all trespassing cats.
12) No warrior may neglect a kit in pain or in danger, even if that kit is from a different Clan.
13) The word of the clan leader is the warrior code.
14) An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win his battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or it is necessary for self-defense.
15) A true warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet.
