Wearables

Babies get the short end of the stick when it comes to customization because they cannot wear articles of clothing, hold items or wear any sort of jewelry. They can however wear backgrounds, trinkets, and foreground items. Below are some items that are practical for babies. Please note that The Neopets Closet (TNC) has a complete list of wearables and that this is a short hand list that I have found suit Baby Neopets. Hover over the image for the name of the item.

How to get a Baby Neopet

Since you cannot get a Baby Neopet from the lab ray, there is always the option to paint. There are two places you can get a Baby Paint Brush. One is you can buy one from the Hidden Tower for 600,000 neopoints if your account is older than 4 months. Or you can buy one from the Trading Post for 590,000 to 600,000 neopoints.
	This is a bit more expensive than buying the paint brush, there is a possbility you can get the Baby color from the Flask of Rainbow Fountain Water. Be wary! This flash costs more than 1,000,000 neopoints and it may not give you the color of baby the first time! For more information on this item visit The Flask Fiasco.
If you're lucky enough to get this extremely rare quest from the Fountain Faerie, you'll get access to the Rainbow Fountain to paint your pet once per a quest! For more information visit Colored Buzz; Rainbow Fountain FAQ.
	If the other options sound too expensive, you can always wait for Boochi to appear. Please note that he is an extremely rare random event. His ray gun can hit or miss your active Neopet!

Buyer Beware! The two images to the left look similar, but they do not do the same thing! The one on the left paints your Neopet to the color Baby. The image on the right is just a plushie!

Morphing Potions

You could also invest in a morphing potion, which is quite possibly the most expensive way to get a Baby Neopet. The morphing potions below can cost up to 3 mil or more. These potions restock at Kauvara's Magic Shop, but you have to be quick!
