Sora's Super Duper Kingdom Hearts Page Thing

Bosses (In no order.... yet)

Opponent: Oogie Boogie (1)
What is reccommended: Cure (on shortcut list)

Be sure to have Cure on your shortcut list (The best button choice is X). He will throw two kinds of dice into the arena (Both damage on contact) One is a set of red dice. These decide what sort of mechinism he will use. The bouncing blade is unavoidable. The other blade though is easy to dodge. Just jump at the right moment. A spinning buzz saw is also a weapon of choice. Just run! The crystals near the center will glow. If you step on one, that section will close off and raise you up to Oogie Boogie's level.... but there's a catch. The overhang will also be closed off. Choose the wrong section you just missed a chance! Oogie Boogie will go back and forth when the crystals glow. Stay locked on and wait for a moment until he stops breifly. Then slap 'im with as many combos as you can fit in. Repeat this and you'll come out a winner in no time.

Opponent: Captain Hook
What is recommend : Aerora (Only if you beat the Hercules cup. If you didn't, you're stuck with Aero) Pumpkinhead Keyblade

Your Cure spell is upgraded to Cura just before you fight Hook. Excellent timing. Fly up as high as you can (Do this by pressing the O button twice and using the same ascend and descend commands as Atlantica) and Cast Aero. Then fly down and blast Hook. If you get low on HP, fly up again and cast Cura on yourself. But be careful, Hook might not be able to fly, but the Battleship heartless can. For some extra EXP, go for the pirates and battleships that appear. For the magic users, here's an interesting thing that happens when casting Fira. Casting Fira will set Captain Hook's pants on fire and he'll run around on the deck. If he runs into you, you'll be damaged (Hmm.... I recall a certain boss that ALSO turns Fire on you....) But fly as soon as you cast Fira and you should be fine.

Opponent: Herculeas
What is recommend : Metal Chocobo/Pumpkinhead (Metal Chocobo is better), Cura
Hercules isn't that hard, he's just annoying. You'll go one-on-one with the son of the gods. Barrels will appear on the field. Yes, they do have significance. When he glows yellow, he cannot be damaged. However, you can cancel it out. Lure him over by the barrels, pick one up, and lock on. You'll hear him say "Give up yet?" Then throw the barrel! Run up and attack him with combos. Once you get him down to about 25% of his HP, he will stop using the glow and instead spin around with his sword out. Don't try to attack. Run and cast Cura if necessary. When he stops, keep attacking him. Winning this battle earns you Yellow Trinity Usage and the Olympia keychain. Use the yellow trinity in the lobby and lock the colosseum.

Opponent: Hollow Bastion Riku (1)
What is recommended: Metal Chocobo Keyblade, Aero (Aerora) and Cure on your shortcut list (Cure assigned to the X button) , A quick eye

After a philosophical cut scene, you fight Riku. Riku isn't gonna roll over and let you take him down. Cast Aero (If you have Aerora, excellent) and go at Riku, blast him with combos. When the going gets tough, heal and slap Riku around some more. Riku is fast, so healing is difficult. Run away from him and heal, then go back. With a high attack score and Metal Chocobo, you should be able to beat Riku on your first try.

GOLD MATCH: ICE TITAN (Yes, I did beat him)
What You Need: Curaga assigned to X, Dodge Roll, Guard, The best kyblade you got (I used Ultima) Reflexes like no other DO NOT USE AERO UNLESS YOU HAVE A DEATH WISH!!!1

Guard is useful for something? Indeed, it is. And holy fudge mankies on a banana phone this is one angry dude. It's not that hard. It's just one big demented game of gator golf with a funked up gator. Jump up onto the bleachers and station yourself at the top. The titan will throw icicles at you. All you have to do is whack 'em back at him. Deploy Guard at the right moment and damage the titan. It will also punch the ground and icicles will pop up under you. STAY PUT. Sounds crazy, but do it. Heal when the going gets tough. After a while, it will kneel on the ground allowing you to attack. When it starts to show signs of life again, run like the dickens and start all over again. Winning will earn you 5000 EXP. Not too shabby. But in the japanese version, you get a funky keyblade called Diamond Dust. Oh well. That's the way the ice titan crumbles. It may be annoying during the battle, but afterwards, you'll smile and say "Wow, that was so weird and whacked out, it was fun!" Hell, even I went in to face it again. Oh, and enjoy the cut scene afterwards =3

Normal Heartless

Defenders
Difficulty: Hard
Irritating Meter: Early on, obnoxious. Later, a breeze
Where Found: Hollow Bastion. After locking Hollow Bastion they are found in most worlds
Items Dropped: Bright Crystal (Rare) Defender Shield (Extremely Rare)

Defenders are annoying because they are like Large Bodies and Fat Bandits, only far far worse. You can gain easy Tech Points from them though. Their shield gives it away. When its eyes glow red, get ready to attack the shield. This will knock the Defender off balance and offer a free attack. You can also jump over the Defender and attack from behind. When you have Oblivion and a high attack score, the shield is no big deal.

Invisibles
Difficulty: Semi-Hard
Irritating Meter: VERY annoying
Location: Hades Cup, End Of The World
Items Dropped: Gale (Semi-Rare) Mythril (Rare)
You certainly can't accuse Square-Enix for false advertising. They have a semi-hard rating to reflect thier many antics. First off, they go for a stab by zooming by sword drawn. (Maybe they got lessons from Cloud....) Watch them carefully. When they plunge their sword into the ground, they disappear. A circle of purple fire will appear around you. When they connect, jump to avoid damage. They can also block with thier sword like the Agrabah bandits, so watch out.

Chain Of Memories
Creeper Plant
Irritating Meter: Sorta irritating
Difficulty Meter: Not that hard

These guys are odd little creatures. The stay in one place and rapid-fire seeds at you. The best way to beat them is to run around the back and attack (And hopefully get a cardbreak) Usually, Red Noctures and Large Bodies accompany these weeds from hell, but Large Bodies are the only thing you should be worried about since in CoM they're a bit tougher to beat (And if you don't have a good light source you're done for)

Air Soldier (CoM: Twilight Town)
Recommended Cards: Attack cards 6 and up

Air Soldiers are different in CoM. They can pick you up and drop you causing damage (duh) A lot of the cards they use are 5 and below. So breaking them with cards that score 6 or more is no problem. Just watch out for the grab-and-throw. And keep your thumb near the B button since you'll need to jump to reach them sometimes.
