Petpet: Elyeu the Island Faellie

Habitat: She lives on a large island that is home to dense tropical forests. Her love of fish causes her to spend much of her time on the coast, and she enjoys being able to glide along the sandy shore. There are two smaller islands that rest in the water close by, however she has never traveled to them.

Physical Characteristics: Eutarina is a young eyrie with a compact, lightweight body. Her wingspan is shorter in length in comparison to other types of eyries, which enable her to maneuver through the dense forest. However, because of this it's not easy for her to fly long distances. She also has feathers on her rump and tail tip, which can be spread out to aid in flight. She doesn't really need to camouflage herself against predators, but her bright colors can be useful when trying to intimidate a threat. She has two unique tail feathers which serve little functional purpose except for display. She is able to curl the tip of them, creating a circular fan of feathers, which reveal bright white stripes; sort of a bluff at a predator that she could be poisonous.

Personality: Eutarina has a very playful spirit, always appearing joyful. She might appear scatterbrained at first to a stranger, but she is actually very clever. She knows a lot about the native plant life and which plants are safe to eat or poisonous. She enjoys making decorations out of flowers, and often has a brightly colored one tucked behind her ear.

Ravenca

Ravenca comes from a neighboring island of the large island Eutarina lives on. She met Ravenca one day on the shore when Ravenca flew over, and they have been best friends ever since. Ravenca is the first eyrie that she has ever met; Tari has otherwise never seen another eyrie on her island.
