The name's Claver Nerone; Captain Claver Nerone. I'm a pirate, if it hadn't be obvious, and a well-educated one at that. Should you be prevailed upon to inquire further about me, and perhaps, some facts about my nature, then by all means, read on.

..:Attire: Yellow Orange checked bandana, red cloth tied around neck, white cotton shirt and deep navy breeches. 4 piercings in right ear (industrial, two small hoops, one stud), 1 piercing in left (thick gold hoop). 'Threadlocks' on tail with red/blue/yellow glass beads.

My background is as colorful as the day is long, but to be perfectly, incandescently honest, it all began with my grandfather, an Irish immigrant in the 1800s. For lack of a job, he joined the Royal Navy. Perhaps you know a little something about how immigrants were received back then, but it wasn't favorably. My grandfather was tortured, and eventually, killed, leaving his wife and children alone. One of his children, my father, grew up under the weight of his most unfortune, undeserved death, with a bitter resentment in his heart toward the Navymen, especially those who were involved in his father's death. Turning away from the poverty and despair in his life, he embraced piracy. It presented the opportunity of a lifetime. To steal and plunder, against the Navy and what it tried to compress.

Now, my father died when I was in adolescence, but I grew up with him hardly there. When he was, he was captivating in body and soul, talking about his ships, his adventures. I never understood he was a pirate until the day he died, when he left me everything. It was then I learned that I had a very large, extensive family back in Italy, as well as two estates that had been left to me. I also received my father's ships, the makings of my own fleet. I took up the 'family tradition' of piracy, and found my own adventures and stories.

There was never a happier time in my entire life than the time spent out on the wide open sea...

Haha! Oh, you were serious..Well, I suppose I do have a family other than the one I see in Italy; my crew. A lot of the lot is family anyway, trying to steal my thunder and whatnot. I have my first mate, Brutus (a cousin, go figure..), and then the Rosso Brothers, my second mate: Napoleon Pierra, who I've taken in as my younger brother, and the Nerone brothers (not my brothers..cousins AGAIN).
There's also someone else...but I fear mentioning her name in front of strangers. My crew would never let it go if they found out. So don't tell anyone, savvy, guest?
