I know this is long overdue, I appologize for my delay but health issues as well as coding glitches was too much to deal with. I have continued to place our ad, and because of the issues I am going to cover 3 WEEKS of ads at NO CHARGE :) just a thank you for dealing with me and my illness. I appreciate each and every one of my members. I will be updating the payments tomorrow. I have everything saved and will add a new payment grid above the old one so that you will see all the posted payments prior to removing the old payment grid. Please update your shop banners to reflect our new members. Also the link back buttons at the bottom still have the coding error, I will continue towork on them. Thanks again!!

Kass Village Mall Rules

1. Requirements
a. Your shop must be at least size 25.
b. You must choose a category. If you would like a category that is not on the list, neomail lisaacloud and maybe she will make a category for you. :)

2. Stock
Members should mostly stock items relating to their categories.
a. "Mostly" is defined as 75% or more.
b. We understand that reasonable overlap occurs, but please be courteous by not competing with someone in your own mall.
c. Members will keep a good selection of merchandise in stock. Here are some minimums:
i. Shop size 25: At least 50 different items
ii. Shop size 50: One full page (80 different items)
iii. Shop size 75: Two full pages (160 different items)
Some categories, such as Scratchcards and Codestones, don't have a very big variety, so exceptions may be made for members stocking one or more of these areas.

3. Banners and Links
a. The mall banner must remain in your shop at all times.
i. If any updates are made to the banner html, you will receive notification by or from the mall manager.
ii. Banners are expected to be kept up-to-date at all times, and must be updated within five days of notification by the mall manager.
b. No links to other malls or shops are allowed in any shop.
i. Links to petpages, users, and guilds are permitted.

4. Disappearance
If a member will not be available for an extended period of time, they must contact the mall manager as soon as possible to make special arrangements.

5. Mall placement
Members may be moved into another mall or category at the discretion of the mall manager and main council. These are the things that will be considered:
a. Shop size
b. Variety of items
c. Percentage of items in category
d. Willingness to advertise (for example, mall one members are required to participate in a million-neopoint ad)
e. Ability to make mall banner updates timely

6.Conflicts
If any issues come up between you and another mall member, do not contact them directly. Neomail lisaacloud or lastcountryangel and explain the situation to one of them. If after neomailing one of us you do not receive a reply in 24 hours then neomail the next person on the list.

7. Violations
If a mall member is in violation of these rules they will be neomailed a request to make the corrections.
a. If the problem is not fixed within five days, the member will be removed from the mall.
b. A mall member that has been removed may re-apply.

Presently we will be posting weekly 80,000np Notice Board Ads @ 5,000nps per member,
payments due Saturday and Ad will be posted Sunday.
All members are required to participate.
All payments will be recorded in the chart below as we get them.

Do not use this for your shop banner as the faerie catagories are
not clickable in the text box coding below. The reason is that the
notice board ad has a limit of 2,000 characters.
