welcome!

Hello and welcome to my proof page. Thanks for stopping by (: If you have stumbled upon this page by accident, feel free to read my warnings as long as you do not harass the user they refer to.
A little background information: On October 25, 2008, I was scammed out of my Baby Poogle, Ittewe by the user kissesinhugs. This is my proof page, and a warning so that other Neopians will not be scammed by her like I was.
Instructions: To view a screenie in full-size, drag and drop it to the address bar or right click on it and select "view image." Please note that this does not work in Internet Explorer. Sorry for the inconvenience.

1: Proof that I was the owner of Ittewe
2: Proof of the neomails sent to me by kissesinhugs
3: Proof that beerina did not belong to kissesinhugs

1: Proof that I was the owner of Ittewe

Unfortunately, I don't have much proof in regards to this. What I do have is the screenshot shown on the right: a few neomails in my inbox. All of the neomails in blue are offers on Ittewe. Please note that all usernames of people who are not the aforementioned scammer are removed to maintain their privacy.

2: Proof of the neomails sent to me by kissesinhugs

To the right are all of the neomails sent to me by kissesinhugs. This is the only contact we ever had, so by reading them you can relatively easily get a sense of what happened: she contacted me with an offer I could not refuse--UC Grey Yurble--and then asked me to pound to her my pet, Ittewe, claiming that she could not receive by transfer, after which point she would transfer the UC Grey Yurble--beerina--to me.
I pounded to her and she received Ittewe fine, but then she never sent beerina to me. At first she claimed that she was "experiencing internet problems" (last screenie). I wasn't too worried, so I left the situation for a few days. When I tried to contact her again, I was no longer on her neofriend list (you can also see that we decided to be neofriends in the screenies) and she had changed her name.
Also noteworthy is that, if you look at the first screenie, her name is set to Natalie, but after I expressed my interest in the Yurble (second screenie), her name changed to Bear. This is something I didn't notice until after, of course.

3: Proof that beerina did not belong to kissesinhugs

This is my correspondence with the real owner of beerina, pwnnage. You will notice that she mentioned being warned about someone else trying to trade her pet, but I do not know if it was kissesinhugs or someone else.
Unfortunately, that is all the proof that I can provide. I have reported the user but she is not yet frozen. Please be wary of trading with her. I guess the moral of the story is to always ask for a neomail from the account the pet you are trading for is on. I hope that no one else makes my mistakes. Stay safe (:
