Hello! This page is for the purpose of storing CAU policy, guild rules, facts and information about the council and subcouncil??

~Our Front Page~
It's a handy, wonderful thing. XD Here our some things we have on our front page and info about them.
-Members: This is where we have a list of the preferred nicknames of our active and new posters. If you are ever not sure what to call someone, it's there for your convenience.
-Events: Here you can find info and links to guild and other events. It updates often, so keep your eyes open.
-Services: We now have a handy place for "services currently being offered by guild members." It's rather self explanatory.
-Last Week's Results: BC results are posted here. Just ask and we'll add yours.

How Are Members Added to the Member List?
New members that do as much as post what they prefer to be called will be added to the new members list. A new member that sticks around is eventually transferred up to being an Honorary Member.

~Advancing in Ranks~
Advancing in ranks in CAU is currently based mostly on a post system and overall activity in the guild. Members start at the rank "Strange Sketch (pad)" and can slowly make their way up the levels of the guild. Every now and then the ranks may be something else for fun, but they will eventually go back to our standard.

The standard ranks:
-Council has their name and an adjective
-Talking Tablet
-Bizarre Brush
-Psycho Pencil
-Eccentric Erase(r)
-Strange Sketch

However, please note:
-Activity is not judged solely by post count, post QUALITY is also considered.
-Ranks can be lowered for problematic or inactive members. However, we haven't had a problem with this really.
-Please don't spam to raise your post count. This irritates Koryo and makes her want to be evil and lower your rank.
-If you make it up to talking Tablet, you can expect to receive at least board admin. ;)

~Spam policy~
Please don't do it. Please do not post useless short messages or anything that would be considered adverspam on the BC boards. Excessive, useless posting makes it hard for others to catch up on posts. :(

So what are the things I shouldn't post?
Here's a brief list of the types of posts generally frowned upon on the guild board.
-Simply asking "is anyone on" by itself. Someone will come on eventually, so if you have something to say, post it! XD
-Simply saying "bye" to another user or that you're leaving. You can certainly say these, just please try to include something that adds to the conversation as well with your post.
-Annoying adverspamming. This shouldn't be a problem. ^^; But seriously, if you walk in and the first thing you post is OMG VOTEH FOR MY PET!!!1!1 you aren't likely to get a kind reaction.
-Tons of repeated posts. It's not at all that you aren't allowed to post more than once, just use common sense.
-Useless posts to try to fool Star/Koryo into raising your rank. We aren't buying it.
-Excessive chatspeak gives us headaches kthanks.
-Long, on going two person or exclusive conversations. Neomail those. :D

Common Guild Courtesy
It's basically common manners and common sense. Be nice to your fellow guild members. XD If someone asks for opinions on a preview/picture/whatever, please try to comment, especially if no one else or few people have.

About her pets: There are a lot of them and they are all fabulous. :o Troubled is my most famous on here but I also really like Rem, Ordia, Slekh, Tristaen... well, all of them!
Neo-Hobbies: BC, AG, NT, poetry... anything I can get a trophy and preferably a prize in, hanging in the guild, board surfing, roleplaying, and working on my pets and their pages.

Hair Color: Brown-ish. I call it 'mystery brown'
Location: Sunny California in the USA. And no, I am not hifi just because I'm in the bay! o_o;;
Nationality: American. :D Of mixed European decent. French, German, etc etc.
Hobbies: Neo, art, asian ball joint dolls (*pokes lookup*), roleplaying, anime stuffs. I fail at sports. ^^;

Council Role: Being a superhero, doing the Star Report (X3) updating the front page when nessecary, raising members ranks and annoying random passerby x3
Aliases: Sil'tar. It's a mix of Silver and Star. XD Credit to Koryo for it.

Gender: Female!
Age: 15
Siblings: 1 brother and 1 sister. Both younger than me. Both verrrry annoying. ¬_¬

About her pets: They are cool. I basically have four that actually have characters, and of those, I love my shoyrus best. ^_^ Why? Because they're coooooool and come from another plaaanet. XD Their names are Lili, Spyrodyn, Troubled... no, wait. Troubled's not mine... aheh. *shifty eyes* Illiaqa and Staria are minor-er characters and I don't RP them that much.
Neo-Hobbies: WASTING TIME TAAAAAAALKING AND STRETCHING OUT MY WOOOORDS. ROLEPLAYING my shoyrus! Basking in the warmth of fame! Futile attempts to get into the art gallery, and the Neopian Times. And trying to win expensive prizes from said contests. XD

Random fact: It was discovered on a space mission that a frog can throw up. The frog throws up it's stomach first, so the stomach is dangling out of it's mouth. Then the frog uses it's forearms to dig out all of the stomach's contents and then swallows the stomach back down again.
