Paddy's Guide to Nickelodeon Card Items
Neocash cards have been discontinued, and have been replaced by Nickelodeon cards in all countries where Neocash cards have been officially sold. The old Neocash cards can still be redeemed. Previous Neocash card items can be found on Custard's Petpage.
Updates
May 15th 2013 if you are redeeming either a retired Nickelodeon Card, or a Neopets Neocash Card (ie any card other than the current Nickelodeon ones), you will get an old item. If you send in a ticket, they can change the item to the correct one.
April 30th 2013 updated with new items. It looks like any card will give any one of the 5 items this time - confirmation is needed though!
If you have redeemed a Nickelodeon card since April 30th, please let me know what item it gave you!
May 2012 - £5 Nickelodeon cards are now available in the UK, in both Sainsbury's and WH Smiths.
23rd June 2012 updated with new items - it looks like all the cards were updated this time around - the Neocash cards now give out the same items as the Nickelodeon ones.
2nd August 2012 - the old style Nickelodeon cards are being discontinued, with a new style being released soon.
September 2012 - it looks like all the cards give the same selection of items this time round (regardless of which card you redeem), but if you receive an item from redeeming a card that I have not listed here, please NM dragonsflame_uk so I can update the page!
November 2012 - Confirmation needed on Brazil and Mexico Nickelodeon cards (amount of NC and number of boxes), please!

The Basics
Nickeoldeon cards are currently available in the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and Brazil.
With the latest update to the NC cards, all card denomiations now give out items from the same pool, so the item you get for redeeming a $25 card could be the same item as you could get from redeeming a £5 card. "Exclusive" cards (like the US $25 Monkey Quest card from GameStop) also give out items from the same pool (they are no longer exclusive items for those cards).

Gift boxes
When you redeem a Nickelodeon card, along with the NC and item, you will also get a certain number of gift boxes. These vary, according to the card value:
