1. No stupid neomails. These owners are really nice to put their pet up for adoption and they don't need you sending them neomails that say things like "plz giv me ur pet or i stel it."

2. No outrageous requirements. You can NOT accept $money$ for your pets or require the person to write an essay or something like that.
