The Story---- >>>

Week 1
The story begins in Neopia central where Nip and I pack our back packs and start our adventure.

We took the nearest train straight to Meridell. It took about 1 day to get there and when we came it was midnight so we slept in some hotel called the Meridellian. After a long night, we awoke and we decided to go to Illusen and get a quest from her. She needed hot cakes so we went searching around meridell untill we found a gelert shopkeeper with one. We paid for the hot cakes and in return we got Illusens Cream Cookie.

We ate the cookies and headed toward Meri Acres. We stopped by the rubbish dump to see if there was anything interesting. I couldn't find anything but Nip climbed into the pile and started sniffing out things. He came upon a very interesting amulet which was purple.
Who would throw that out?" I said. I put the amulet into my back pack and we continued through Meri Acres.

As we left Meri Acres, the sun grew brighter. We were on the very edge of Meridell, on the beach. There were many harbors here so we randomly picked a sea captain with a good boat to sail us to Terror Mountain.

Week 2

As we sailed on the ship, the first week passed and it was the start of our second week. Sooner than I had expected, we had reached Terror mountain. Nip and I looked up and shivered from the cold. Terror mountain looked huge and cold from where we were standing.
Hope you packed some coats." Said the sea captain that had taken us to Terror Mountain, "Cause your gonna need them!
We started the walk up the mountain. Everything was either covered with snow or ice. All you could see if you looked up were the white clouds, white snow, and if you were lucky, the faint glimmer of some sun.
After about an hour of walking (Or at least trying to walk through the 3 feet high snow), we had finally reached some civilization, Happy Valley. We stopped by a local shop to warm our hands off and drink a nice hot cup of Borovan.

After our quick rest we decided to stop by the Ice Caves and Maybe visit the snowager. We struggled on through the frigid temperatures and strong winds to finally reach the Ice caves. We were right next to the snowagers lair now and we were both shivering uncontrollably. It was either because of the extremely low temperatures or maybe the fear of getting blasted by the snowager but probably both. Whatever it was, we walked straight into the lair. Thankfully, the snowager was sound asleep. We quickly crept up to the pile of treasures and seized the first thing we saw and ran as fast as we could go. I could even see the snowager moving and I imagined him coming after us even when we had gotten out so I suggested we take a look at what we got where the snowager cant take it back. What we had gotten was a negg so we decided to try to sell it to someone. Not many people were interested but when someone finally bought it we continued our journey to Terror Mountain.

Week 3
After another struggle with the cold climate, we finally reached the top and we were so tired we fell right into the snow. We rested a while but knowing that we must continue, we found the nearest place where you can buy a sled and we bought it. It was big enough to fit me and Nip so we slid down terror mountain so fast that we couldn't tell the difference between what was sky and what was snow (Not that we ever could) until we reached some color. We had landed in tyrannia.

Week 4
Tyrannia was where Nip was born so Nip actually speaks fluent tyrannian. Most of the people there couldn't speak neopian (It wasn't such a popular tourist site (At least not in the jungle). More people spoke neopian in the plateau since it was more popular with travelers (Not as popular as Mystery Island or Faerieland, the top two most famous tourist sites). Luckily we had landed on the plateau and we didn't need Nips fluent tyrannian just yet.
One not so popular tourist attraction in Tyrannia was the lair of the beast. Neopets and their owners were afraid to go in but not me and Nip. We walked straight in without even thinking twice. Nip was going to try to communicate with the "beast" so it can maybe fly us to Mystery Island. We walked down the damp cave slowly.

Soon enough we saw it. It wasn't that scary. Nip started to talk in Tyrannian.
Ugga ugg rawr ugga ti?
It was all very confusing and suddenly the "beast" picked us up with its talons and started flying. It had worked! Mystery Island here we come!

Week 5
The sun was brightly shining as we landed in mystery island. We climbed onto shore since we had landed on the edge of the beach. We ate some food at a nearby cafe and continued to the beach where we decided to rest and swim a bit. We walked to a beach and got into the ocean.

The ocean was nice and warm and Nip and I had a lot of fun playing in the ocean and exploring some of the jungles on mystery island. We were so busy enjoying ourselves that we didn't notice a week go by.
Oh no! We just lost 1 week! We need to got back to neopia central by 80 days!", I said.
Our relaxing ended and we headed toward the harbor.

Week 6
We were sad to leave but we knew we had to. I looked around for a place to rent a jet-ski so we could sail to Krawk island the fastest way. We only needed one since Nip was too small to drive one. Finally, we found a cheap jet-ski rental and we were on our way.

After about an hour, I could see Krawk island up ahead. I drove the jet-ski even faster and I could hear the loud roaring engine while salt water splashed into my eyes. I closed my eyes for a second to get the water out. That was a big mistake. The jet-ski jumped over a huge wave and flew almost 10 feet high and landed with a load noise. It flew out of control through small trees in the ocean near the harbor. I tried to stop the jet-ski but it was too late. The handle was stuck with branches from the trees that I had crashed into. There was a huge rock sticking out in the ocean and we were about to crash into it! I tried to abruptly twist the wheel and it had worked. The branches snapped and the jet-ski twisted suddenly and crashed onto shore.
We're here" I said. Nip could only nod.

Week 7
It was almost dark when we had dried ourselves off so we stayed at a hotel for the night. We spent a few days traveling across krawk island when we reached yet another harbor. This time we went on a nice, slow, and safe ship. We easily found a ship that would take us close to Faerieland since the crew were going to sail all the way to Meridell. We climbed onboard not knowing what we had just done. The first few days were fine but on the fourth night, a terrible storm arose. The ship rocked and almost flipped over The decks started to flood and I realized there was a huge hole at the bottom of the ship. We found out when Nip and I suddenly woke up feeling wet since our room was flooded. We tried to gather most of our belongings and climbed to deck where the crew was jumping overboard. We knew we had to also so we jumped and landed with a splash.
...
Soon, after drifting on a wooden board, we saw another ship up ahead. The storm was less now and Nip and I were exhausted from trying not to get knocked over by huge waves. Now that we saw the ship we waved our paws wildly so maybe the ship would spot us and it did. It started to sail closer and lifted us up onto board. We must have been real unlucky because we were on... a pirate ship! They locked us up in the dungeon on the bottom of the ship and only came down occasionally to bring down water and bread. Maybe trying to get around Neopia in 80 days was a bad idea. That didn't stop us though. We tried day after day to try to dig a whole in the side f the ship but with what. The pirates had took our belongings and we had nothing but then one day there was a terrible storm again and it blew a hole right in the wall. We dived into the ocean, happy to get away and to our luck we were right under faerieland. We even managed to picked up one of our bags.

Week 8
A crisis was going on in Faerie city. A priceless amulet was stolen that was very powerful and the faeries were afraid that that dark faeries took it. Everywhere faeries were looking trying not to alarm the happy tourists but Nip and I heard about all of this and started the search too. We weren't sure how it looked like but we were looking for any suspecting amulet. At that time, we didn't know that the amulet we had found at the Rubadge dump was that very amulet everyone was looking for. I had completely no idea it was of any value so I sold it for 500 neopoints to a poor faerie. That faerie of course new the amulets value and wasn't poor at all. She was a evil, powerful dark faerie. She took the amulet and turned Queen Fyora into a plushie. Faeries around Faerieland were devastated. The dark faerie took power and now no one could stop her but, Nip and I weren't nobody and we knew we had to save faerieland because we were responsible for giving the dark faerie the amulet. We had to think of something to do so we went to see where the Dark faerie lived and how protected her house was. Sure enough, there were many guards and spells surrounding her home. There was no place to come in that wasn't guarded but Nip and I had an idea. At night, we dressed in black and dropped Nip on the roof of the dark faeries house. There was a small chimney hole, too small for any neopet but for a petpet it was just wide enough. Nip jumped down into the house in search of where the amulet was kept. Just as I had thought, it was in her hand. Nip crept up to where she was laying asleep and lifted it from her hand and went out the chimney again. Then Nip brought the amulet to me and we turned Fyora back into herself again. She would know what to do. Fyora took back the amulet and banished the dark faerie from faerieland. Then she awarded me and Nip and gave us a hot air balloon to make it to the Lost desert.

Week 9
We took a hot air balloon all the way to the lost desert. We landed at the end of the desert and we decided to go to Osiri's Pottery. As we came in we saw she was really sad. We asked her what was wrong and she said that her most expensive pottery piece that she just made out of gold was stolen.

It was her only one. We told her we would try and help and set off in search of her golden vase. We decided to check around the river and see if anything was there and sure enough, we saw an aisha in a cloak holding a golden vase that looked exactly as Osiri had described. The aisha saw us looking at him and started to run. He accidentally dropped the vase into the lake and ran away. I dived into the cold lake after the vase. I could see it slowly sinking into the deep as I tried to swim faster. I almost ran out of breath as I reached for the vase and grabbed hold of it and swam to the surface. When I got up, Nip was gone. I looked into the sand for foot prints but there were none. I tried not to worry since Nip would soon come back so I headed back to Osiri's pottery shop and gave her the vase. She thanked me and said that Nip was there at the shop too. Nip had ran after the thief when he dropped the vase and brought him back to Osiri. Osiri thanked us and gave us a vase that had some gold as a reward. We said goodbye and left Osiri's shop and headed toward The Haunted Woods. We walked through the blazing hot sun and we were so thirsty that we started to see many mirages. Good thing we were almost there. Just then, while walking, I saw a tree. I thought it was only a mirage but as I got closer, I felt the shade of the tree and up ahead were much, much more trees. Nip and I shivered. We had reached the Haunted Woods.

Week 10
We were right next to the Game graveyard and we were already scared.

We huddled together and ran through the tombstones of the old games until suddenly I felt something grab my leg. I was so afraid that I fell and pulled my leg as hard as I could so whatever was holding it would let go. Nip ran to help me as I let out a sigh of relief. I had tripped on a root of a tree which wasn't there before..or was it? I wasn't sure and I wanted to get out as fast as possible. Nip helped me up and I ran the rest of the way.

Week 11
Only 3 more days were left and we were at the west side of Neopia central. It would take us days to get all the way to the east side where our neohome was! No more trains ran here and we would never be able to walk...unless.... Then I remembered. The Neopian Canal! That would take us right to our neohome which was right next to it so for the last time, we rented a boat and started off. It took a few days to get there but finally we were home. We ran out of our boat, all the way to our house.
We're home!" I called. I was so happy to be home and I was sure Nip was too. We had actually done it. We had went around Neopia in 80 days.
