Finally received a granted wish from the wishing well after many failed attempts! I was so glad to sign on and see this surprise neomail saying I won a Earth Faerie Frame!

Granted wish - Sept. 7, 2012
As if my week wasn't going well enough already, I find another wishing well surprise waiting for me! The Tranquil Stream Foreground had just come out the week before and I couldn't believe my luck at getting one so fast! I chucked it right into my closet without even thinking, but then saw how well it was selling so I decided to make a quick profit and sold it a few days later for 700k.

This one was a shocker xD My guild jokingly said I had to have bribed the wishing well or something hahah. Even I couldn't believe this; so far I had believed this was the best it was going to get.. but this Haunted Wood Foreground was just the beginning to my best week ever!

Yes, on the same exact day I got one of my biggest wishes, the well granted me another wish and I was able to replace the Tranquil Stream Foreground I had sold just a few days before!

My very FIRST decent prize from the shore @__@ I couldn't believe it! This was certainly a very nice surprise, and a great addition to an already amazing week! It sold right away too, for 2.3m!
Dream Petpet - Sept. 21, 2012
It was one of my biggest dreams to attach a Faerie Djuti to an UC Faerie Pteri, and with the prices of Faerie Petpet Paintbrushes I didn't think this would be possible. But luckily, I was able to find and already painted Faerie Djuti for 700k on the TP and decided to just go for it!
Attach of the Revenge Background - SEPT. 26, 2012
I'd been debating trading in my spare Balthazars Bag of Bottled Faeries for this background, but couldn't bear to let it go to just anyone xD Then I saw that Elise was seeking the bag but was trading her Spyder Web Staff, so I suggested a sort of three-way trade, and a few weeks later we finally found someone willing to do the swap! =D We were both super happy on that day!
Faerie Fountain Quest - Oct. 14, 2012
This was my first FFQ with the new faerie quest cookies and it only cost 32k! @__@ And I'm such a derp hahaha my first thought was "why is a water faerie asking for a wearable?" It took me a few moments to realize it was the fountain faerie LOL!! I've decided to save it in case TNT releases the Stealthy or Transparent colors for draiks in the near future!

FAERIE FOUNTAIN QUEST - Dec. 17, 2012
Ok so this one has quite a little story to it. I'm saving up to morph/paint Blese into an Island Kacheek, so you'd think I'd be super excited right? Kind of, except I have to use another quest that's already waiting before I turn in this quest's item.. which btw I got this from a cookie I had just opened 2 days before.. and Blese is currently in the BC.. as a Lutari. If I morph her now to keep using the cookie, she'll be disqualified from the BC. Sooo I'm going to wait until the BC ends. Bye bye shop wiz for 5 more days. *phew* Complicated right? The plus side? The item was only 80k xD

Played some Key Quest with my friend today, and I got TWO paintbrushes! @__@ I couldn't believe it! From back-to-back gold keys to boot! Sold both of them for a nice profit. Pretty fortunate too, the Snow PB got released shortly after during Advent haha.

Faerie Fountain Quest - Dec. 30, 2012
Seriously, just a week ago I got a FFQ from a cookie and she shows up randomly today! I think I have a stalker LOL! This quest was pretty cheap too, about 40k! But a kind Charter gifted me the item for this quest! ♥ I had the one from last week still waiting so I had to use that one before turning this one in xD Oi vey.

Couldn't believe my luck when I got TWO of the Halloween Y14 Goodie Bag in the same grant period xD I opened both in hopes of getting one of the rare wearables and in my second back I got the Black Alabriss Wings! I later sold the wings for 5.5m!

I got into the Poetry Contest #1671!! Seriously nerded out when I found out (someone had actually mailed me about it before I even knew I got in LOL)! I submitted the poem about a month before this, and thought it didn't get in. Then I got a hold over mail a few days ago, got excited, but didn't hold my breath (hold overs for the Poetry Contest don't work the same as for the Neopian Times). Still, I'm SO freaking happy to have gotten in! And it's just icing on the cake that my poem was mentioned in the news!!

Ahh I absolutely love this! I kept putting off drawing Nira (I don't know why, she's gorgeous!) and my guild finally pushed me to do it since I'm entering her in the BC for one of my challenges. This was my first piece of art for Tiffy, and I used it for her first two BC entries! It was done using the Paper by FiftyThree app on my iPad.
Soleil - Petpet Spotlight entry
This piece was done for a submission for the petpet spotlight. Soleil is a faerie juma that is Nirajay's companion. He's yet to win the petpet spotlight but I'm keeping my fingers crossed! This was done in PaintTool SAI.
Xerph - application art
This was a design concept for a character I previously used to apply for Minkotsu, but revamped to apply for Xerph. The art itself however was made specifically for the revamped character I used in Xerph's application. This was done in PaintTool SAI.

Since Xerph's application deadline was around Christmas, I had made this little adoptable for the app. It features a chibi version of Xerph and was done in PaintTool SAI.

This was my first (semi) landscape piece of art, and I was quite happy with how it turned out! It was used as part of the background for Xerph's application layout. This was done in PaintTool SAI.

This was done in PaintTool SAI. I decided to experiment a bit with coloring style and was really happy with how this turned out. It's one of my favorites for Wala.

I had just figured out how to make the background transparent xD So I had a little fun with this. This was done in PaintTool SAI, and made transparent in Paint Shop Pro X3.

Nessanity - beauty contest entry
This is probably one of my top favorites, though I didn't place in the BC with it (the gelert is a tough category)! I love the coloring and I especially love how the tail fin came out. This was done in PaintTool SAI.
Chomper2003reppohC - concept art
I developed this rough idea for Chompy, an UC Plushie Chomby I used to own, but couldn't get attached to her because of her name xD Nonetheless, I adore how this came out, it's a shame I couldn't keep. This was done in PaintTool SAI.
Leir - headshot
Drew some inspiration from Dragonair for Leir's design. It's a rough concept at this point, but I did like how the mist came out! This was done in PaintTool SAI.
Nellyne - beauty contest entry
Added a cute background based off of some neocash items. This was a summer entry for Nellyne, I believe I've used it twice now and she placed gold both times. This was done in PaintTool SAI.

Decided to go with a kangaroo-like design for Nellyne. I need to make her design a bit more personalized so I think this is more of a rough-draft. This was done in PaintTool SAI.

Tried to experiment with blending and not using line art. I believe she placed bronze with this entry. This was done in PaintTool SAI.
Khuln - beauty contest entry
A bit of a quirky design, but she had just recently zapped island and this idea just popped into my head. I especially like how the face mask came out! This was done in PaintTool SAI.
Jeuwalz - beauty contest entry
I was experimenting with using colors other than black for my line art and this was one of the results. I loved the colors used, but her head looks so weird LOL. Regardless, she placed gold with this entry. This was done in PaintTool SAI.
Nellyne - beauty contest entry
This is probably my favorite piece of art for Nellyne. I can't quite place what it is that I love about it but it's very playful and sweet, which I think does a good job at portraying how I see Nellyne. This was done in PaintTool SAI.
Kisele - beauty contest entry
One of my first draik entries in a while, and Kisele placed first in species! I was quite inspired by a customization she was wearing at the time. This was done in PaintTool SAI.
Lagartho - headshot
Poor Lagartho, this was back when she was a guy LOL. I was messing around with ideas for (then) his design, which I wanted to be related to star gazing. Thus, the sparkly skin and glowy antennae. This was done in PaintTool SAI.

This was a small piece I did for my application for Ctet. I was one of the finalists but sadly wasn't chosen. This was done in PaintTool SAI.
Ollivor UC Baby Kougra - petlookup art
Even though this is pretty tiny (since it was intended for his petlookup), I was very happy with how it turned out! This was done in PaintTool SAI.
Kathy's birthday present
I drew this headshot of Kathy's halloweek kacheek, nicknamed Tem, for her birthday. I also used it as an opportunity to work on softening up the line art by matching it with the coloring if the image. This was done in PaintTool SAI.
jeuwalz - petlookup art
I drew this soon after I received Wala, and as you can see the art is pretty stiff haha. I wasn't sure what to do with her character-wise, and so this is an old design concept in which she is a fashionista. This was done in PaintTool SAI.
UC Plushie Kougra - application art
An UC Plushie Kougra had gone up for quick adoption. I don't quite remember the full name but I nicknamed her Stripe. I love how this generally came out, especially how the colors work together, but it's obvious it's one of my old pieces xD This was done in PaintTool SAI.
UC Faerie Xweetok - application art
I drew this for an application for an UC Faerie Xweetok. Though it's an old piece, I do love how the eyes turned out. This was done in PaintTool SAI.
Belmoir Darigan Draik - profile art
Belmoir was an old Darigan Draik I used to own. He was a ruthless pirate (hur, I know so original) but I did like how his horns turned out. This was done in PaintTool SAI.
Ghost Hissi
This was a gift for a friend of mine who used to play. It's pretty much just a replica of a ghost hissi lol but this was done in MS Paint.
