Just to let everyone know, I am taking a brief (forced) vacation from Neopets. I have no internet *cry*. After moving to a new state (United States) I am waiting for bills to settle down and finances to be budgeted before adding my DSL back to the mix. So, I will be on sporadically, but not every day to update my Daily Puzzle answer.
To those who use my guide regularly, please send me a neomail to let me know if I need to add/remove any links on the page. I should be back up and running on a daily basis within two months. Please don't abandon me in the meantime ;)

Well, I finally decided to change some of the coding on the page so the filter glitch will let me update my page. You'll notice a few differences. Links no longer turn opaque on hover, and the list of shops aren't a common width throughout. Those were two codes that the filters wouldn't allow.
Now to go through and add new games, remove old games, and update generally throughout the page.

I've updated the scores needed in the 1000np Games section to reflect the changes made. Some have gotten a lot easier, while others have gotten a lot harder. To calculate for yourself the score you need to get 1000np, just divide the NP Ratio for a game into 1000.

I like to use the Energy Ball. Once you get used to the way it reacts, it's easy to keep it bouncing. It might move left or right on the way up, but it comes straight down from wherever you hit it.

Hints and Tips
To save money, you must set a goal to save towards.
- A Paintbrush you've been wanting.
- An item for your gallery.
- A piece for your neohome.
- A certain amount in the bank.
- An avatar item.
Once you have your goal, you'll be more likely to save your money for it.
Set a small goal to earn each day. This will most likely depend on how much time you spend online each day. A goal of 35,000np a day will earn you a little over 1 Million NP in a month.
To keep from spending your hard-earned NP, don't allow yourself to remove it from the bank. The bank can help you with this. Just withdraw 1np 15 times until they refuse to serve you anymore. You'll still be able to deposit, but not withdraw any NP.
Find the games you like the best that pay 1000np per play. Just 12 of these 3 times each day, will net you 36K a day.
What about playing games for the avatars? Here's a tip.
Choose one game to work on. Say Freaky Factory. To get this avatar, you must score over 1250. Set a goal of 900 first. Try to reach that goal every time you send score for a couple days. Once that becomes easier to do, raise your goal to 1000. Hit this goal for a couple days. Then raise it to 1100, then 1200. You should be able to get your avatar in just a week or so this way. Don't give up, just keep trying.
Use the above strategy for any avatar games you might be working on. Set more attainable goals first. Keep increasing your goal score a little each day.

Having trouble getting help on the Help board? Try these tips:
- Post a brief topic that includes your subject.
- Don't DEMAND. It's rude, and likely to get ignored.
- Don't post in all CAPS. It's also rude, and comes across as shouting.
- Don't repeatedly bump your board. As long as it's on the first page, it can be seen.
Multiple bumps add to the reply count and make users think someone has already answered you.
- Be polite in your posts. Remember to say thank you to anyone who offers help.
- If a reply doesn't help, try to explain your question better.
- Don't repeatedly spam the boards, you will be labeled a "spammer" and be less likely to receive help.

Be aware of scammers. They will try to steal your items, NP, account, and/or pets! They operate in many different ways. Here is a short list of some common scam tactics.
- Asking for your account information. (May or may not try to impersonate TNT staff to get it. TNT will NEVER ask you for your account information.
- Telling you an item you are selling is worth less than it is.
- Telling you an item they are selling is worth much more than it is, or misrepresenting what the item is.
- Wanting you to bid on a junk item in trades a large amount of np or items, saying they'll "send" you their expensive item. (Only offer on the item you want!)
There are many more different types of scams, but these are the most common. Just be smart, never give out your information, and if something seems to good to be true, it probably is.
