I should really put some information about this layout/page right about here.. but really, could I be bothered?
You may find that this layout is on Meepits Pwn's webbie, _my_wish_ and Emily (owner of Glossy-Neo) are the same person, no one is stealing! I have tested this page in both Firefox and IE, since I mainly use IE, it looks a whole lot better in that.. although it will still look alright in Firefox. You can edit all the text.. I would prefer that you didn't touch anything else (e.g. CSS, other coding) and don't you dare get rid of that little credit in the sidebar over there!
