If you want to make a layout that will appear on the guild homepage for a week, you're in the right place. All you have to do is make a Neopets-Related layout, put it on a petpage, and neomail the petpage to Perky along with the theme. She will then decide if it meets the criteria, and put you on the schedule. The layout should be a blog that has a width around 600px and looks good. She's not going to be super harsh on if it looks good or not, most everything looks good to her, however, it should be easy to code. Obvious colour themes help on that one, and a text area you can actually see font over is a must. If you don't know how to code, Perky will code the layout for you, however, if you do, feel free to make it 100% your own and code it too!
