Slightly messed up in Internet Explorer. Site History I love making graphics and decided to start a site. At first the site started out as Tina's Banners and Avatars. At that time, I only knew how to make banners and avatars. Then I learned to make blogs, so I added those to my site. I added font requests not too long after I added the blogs and from then on, I've been learning to make more and more graphics for all of Neopia to use. The name of the site changed from Tina's Banners and Avatars to Tina's Graphics & More. I was getting tired of the boring name and changed it to Dark Light Graphics. A few months later I dropped graphics and now I have my lovely site, Dark Light. One day a friend was looking at my site and she noted that my site's name is the name of an album by the band HIM. I never knew that. It's kind of a shame. I happen to really like that band and I can't believe I never knew that. But I did not name the site after that album, although I do love some of the songs off of it. She asked if I was going to change the name of the site. I looked at her as if she were crazy and said no. My site has been through enough name changes. Dark Light started on July 3, 2008. Construction of the site started roughly around July 1, 2008. I added a counter on August 5, 2008. Since then the site has received many hits. Thank you to all you wonderful Neopians who visit Dark Light. I am tired of answering the same questions over and over again. If you have a question, please check here to see if I have already answered it. What program do you use? I use MS Paint and GIMP. Do you make glitters? Yes. I have a whole section for glitters. Do you make lookups/petpage/shop/guild layouts? I can name petpages, pet lookups, user lookups, and guild layouts. I only make petpages and guild layouts for my good friends. I do not make pet lookups and user lookups for others because the base coding is not mine. I cannot use someone else's base coding and claim it as my own, nor will I! I cannot make shop layouts. If you want a layout, I suggest you find a tutorial and learn how to make one just like I did. I want to provide my visitors with high quality premade graphics and those 14 banners were not up to my personal standards. So they were deleted and 14 more will be made to replace them. Remember! Quality over quantity. That being said, most of my blogs will be deleted to make room for better quality ones. Later Made two new banners. One is of Ichigo Kurosaki from Bleach. I learned to code it with the help of Kitty and Siddey's awesome tutorials. Added three new banners: two car banners and one Neopets banner. Added four new glitters: two new Neopets, one old Neopet, and one Neo item. Added six new button templates. I added numbers to the templates. I realized in FF the alternate text code doesn't work, so when you hover over a template, the number doesn't show up. More coming soon!
