The Setting

Many of Earth's scientists made predictions that there may possibly be other planets and galaxies that were able to sustain life. They also predicted a comet would hit and destroy the Earth as we all know it. These theories, however, were not taken seriously and were ignored. Humanity went about life as usual, worrying about politics, fashion and of course, their late night television shows. Little did they know, the scientist that they ignored were absolutely correct. Our days of shallow entertainment and mindless worries are over. Welcome to New Earth. Our population is unknown. We as a newly formed planet have much to offer. There are no countries, or established states. Space is a free-for-all! (No pun intended). New jobs are created daily and there are no failing economies! Are you sick of the Old World traditions? Then move here now! Scientific predictions were correct. Life was we knew it is now over. On May 5th 2013, the planet Earth and the planet Cifra collided. Neither of them were completely destroyed. Both planets were left as two halves of one whole. The gravitational pull of each planet attracted one another and as a result a new planet was born. Humans and Cifrans alike tried to cling to their old lives and traditions, and they failed. The Cifrans come from a very different world than the Humans of Earth, a place more advanced and with high amounts of radiation. The Humans knew nothing of the visitors' unique abilities, they looked just like the Humans...how could they be much different? The Humans will soon discover how different the Cifrans truly are.
