I can say NO to any request, so please do not complain. I have a life outside of Neopets and I do get busy.
DO NOT use my art in any competition on or off Neopets or claim it as your own!!
You must have A REFERENCE PICTURE.
If you absolutely have no way of getting me a reference picture then you have to send me an EXACT description.
Any details left out will not be corrected after I finish your drawing.
