Play Deadly Dice at night (in neopian time midnight - 1 AM NST , Count Von Roo is a Vampire, after all!) In the game: you roll a die and Von Roo rolls a die. If you tie and have to roll again, and you win the 2nd time, you get the avatar.
You can play once per day. You play with your active pet. Your pets must be at least level 2 to play. If you lose, your pet loses a level. Von Roo can take back the avatar if you play again, tie, and loose on the second roll! Consider that before playing again after getting this avatar!

It is a random event after completing one of Edna's Quests. It is completely random. It can take literally hundreds or thoudands or quests, or you may get lucky and get it on your first try.

Own a Halloween Lupe, and go to your Lupe's lookup to get this Avatar.

Get a hiscore in the top 50 or trophy in Korbat's Lab. Flash games are judged at 4AM NST (US-Pacific time), that's when you should get the Avatar if your score is high enough.

 If you participated in the first Meridell vs. Darigan war (and scored at least one point) go to your User Lookup, and you should get one for whichever side you fought for.
Most people do not get both, but apparently a few can as there was one point in the war where you could switch sides.

  1. Go to your Chat preferences
  2. Clear the neoHTML box
  3. Clear the Siggy box.
  4. Choose a Non-secret avatar.
  5. Save & update changes.
  6. Go to post a new topic.
  7. Put "squawk" as the topic title and topic message and nothing else. No quotes and no other words.
  8. Click Create Topic
You should get the random event, and the board will not be created.

Have ten different items with "Dung' in the name in your inventory and refresh like mad. Be incrediby careful checking to make sure they are different items (and if you are having trouble make sure it is only 10 items though I hear more will work as well).

  1. Have a "Bony Grarrl Club" in your inventory. Others say that a Horned Grarrl Slingshot works too, but this is unconfirmed.
  2. Equip your Grarrl with it.

 You will get one of these randomly for finishing Defenders of Neopia Mission 8. To complete the mission beat them in the BattleDome.
Find them at the Trapdoor under Peopatra's petpets in the Lost Desert. You must refresh a lot before you find them.

Known to work:Sword of Skardsen", "Werelupe Claw", "Mystery Fruit Bowl", "Mystery Palm Shield", "Tiki Armour", "Meukas Snot Trail". I hear the true way to tell is if the esitmated value of the item in the description window is over 10 million NP.
Known NOT to work:Ubikiberry Bag", "Snowball Machine", "Darigan Paint Brush", and all Faerie Dolls from the Hidden Tower.

  2. Find the rare item code incluced in your purchase.
  3. Redeem a rare item code to get the Space Faerie as a BattleDome challenger.
  4. Beat the Space Faerie in a BattleDome fight She is rated as 450.

  1. Make sure your pets are in the dying/hungry range (your pets hunger level should be coloured red on the Quickref page).
  2. Take all of your neopoints from the bank, your shop till, etc. and offer them on a trade a friend sets up for you (this is so you can have fewer than 2,000 NP or the Soup Fairie won't feed you). They don't have to accept, you just have to offer the NP.
  3. Go to the Soup Kitchen.
  4. Feed your Pets some soup.
This is a Random Event while feeding your Pets at the Soup Kitchen. It may take several tries.

  1. Go to the About Us page. Check how many NP Adam has.
  2. Make sure you are carrying exactly that many NP (check the amount right of your pet's name at the top of the yellow sidebar).
  3. Go back to the About Us page.
  4. Sometimes Adam sets his NP to 0, and everyone can get the Avatar. This has only ever happened twice though.
