Training Guide:
There are many ways to train your Neopet for the Battledome. There's the most basic, Training Schools, and the less obvious, Neggs. Below is a guide in which you can train your Neopet:
Mystery Island Training School: Located on Mystery Island. Takes codestones only as payment for courses. You can train your pet in level, strength, defense, endurance (hp), and agility (speed). If you're really lucky, you can randomly get a super bonus in stats! Krawk Island Academy: Located on Krawk Island. Takes dubloons only as payment for courses. Can train your pet in level, strength, defense, endurance (hp), and agility (speed). If you're really lucky, you can randomly get a super bonus in stats! You can also receive an avatar after picking your pet up from a course for the first time! Secret Laboratory Map: Extremely helpful in raising your pets stats, but be warned, this comes with a price! If you value your pet's appearance or gender, the lab ray is not for you. The lab ray can increase all stats (not intelligence), change your pet's appearance and alter their gender. It's a game of chance because it can also lower stats (though it's never lowered my pet's hp). To use the lab ray, you must complete the Secret Laboratory Map by assembling all 9 pieces. Once you've purchased all 9 different pieces, go here: Laboratory Map. You can only visit the lab once a day! Coltzans Shrine: Located in the Lost Desert. Coltzan will randomly increase your pet's stats and hand out neopoints or items. It's free and you can visit every 12 hours (correct me if I'm wrong). Kitchen Quests: Located on Mystery Island. After completing the Chef's quest, he can randomly increase your pet's stats. Don't do a quest if it costs more than 3k or so. Scratchcards: Located in the Ice Caves of Terror Mountain. After purchasing a Terror Trove Scratchcard, go to the Kiosk to scratch it. If you're really lucky and get 3 arrows, your pet receives a level up! Faerie Quests: Located in Faerie City of Faerieland. Quests are given out randomly as you are traveling in Neopia. Light Faerie asks for neopets trading cards and increases level. Dark Faerie asks for toys and increases HP. Fire Faerie asks for clothing and increases strength. Water Faerie asks for books and increases defence. Air Faerie asks for grooming items and increases agility. Earth Faerie asks for magic items and feeds up your pet (useless). The Faerie Queen asks for assorted, expensive items and multiplies your strength by several points (she may increase levels still too--not sure). The Space Faerie asks for assorted, expensive items and increases your level by 4. Neggs: Located at the Neggery in the Ice Caves of Terror Mountain OR in various other locations around Neopia (Trading Post, Shop Wizard, Random events, etc...). Only certain neggs increase stats, below is a list of them and their effects:
Increasing your Guild Rank:
There's not much to upgrading your guild rank in SPG. Being active is a big part of it. Post messages frequently (no spam), participate in any ongoing activities within the guild, and be respectful. See? Not much to it! We're a pretty easy going, laid back bunch.
Strong Pets BD Tournament Rules/Regulations:
Every once and a while Strong Pets holds a battledome tournament within the guild. Members are divided up into 3 different classes (should we have enough participating) and the winner earns themselves the honor of being champion and sometimes even a nifty surprise! Below are the rules and regulations of our guild tournament. We hope that when the time comes, you'll sign up and give it a try!
1) The 3 different classes are split up like this: Strength+HP/2
2) 3 points are awarded to winners of a match, 1 point in case of a draw, and 0 for a loss. Whoever has the most points at the conclusion of the tournament is the winner.
3) Seek out pets only within your league and set a specific time in which to challenge and fight each other. Use your own discretion should your opponent not show. You may either give them another chance or call it an automatic forfeit.

5) Should a member break a rule, the battle is forfeit and the points go to the fair player.
6) Once the battle has concluded, neomail me, so I may keep track of each members points.

Strong Pets Banner Competition:
All you have to do is design a banner or button that you think would look great for the guild. At the end of the competition the top 3 banners will be chosen and put on the guild webpage with name recognition.
There are a few simple rules:
The banner can be no bigger than 500x300 pixels.
Keep it neopets themed.
It has to be PG.
Have fun :D
