With much consideration, I've decided to create an application or petition that adequately displays the reasons I wouldn't scam a lender, and generally ask them to lend me.
In short, this is a kiss up page.

this is my history/accomplishments:
I started playing neopets in 2004, but lost my original account because I was careless and 10 years old.Since then, I've worked hard to build my current account, rokin_gurl_, currently I have:

» I've obtained over 20 trophies in 6 years, I'm not a huge game player, nor do I cheat, hence the low number. One of my best is a 2nd place Bilge Dice Streak trophy I earned by rolling a streak of 7 (I also ranked all-star in last year's AC V) :)
» I have 10 site themes, including many retired ones from plots
» I quit in 2008 after I started attending high school in grade 10, but recently started playing in November.
» I have LE pets, including a Faerie Lutari, which was almost impossible to obtain.
» My stamp collection consists of 67 stamps. :)
» I've RSed 30+ UBs, undocumented except for screenies somewhere on my PB account. (:

I have about 7 million Neopoints in pure, and around another 3 million in ETS/HTS I can probably convert to pure if necessary.I was lent SuAP freely in January of 2011, and as far as I know, the value of a SuAP is higher than that of MSPP (tcg): ~1-3 billion to ~600-900 million respectively. Neither of these prices are going to fall, especially with the amount of inflation and different currency factors introduced and taken away by TNT.
either way, my point is, I've been lent something more expensive than MSPP - and it was a safe lend, so why not lend me?
