NewsNovember 26, 2007: OKAY! SO I'm back.Added a new skiing-themed lookup, and gave the whole page a makeover with the same image. It's from a game that used to exist in Terror Mountain 5 years ago, the Alpine Challenge. I've now also updated the stuff that didn't work as filehigh, which previously hosted some images, shut down. I had to move them to imageshack which means that they will load slower now, but a slow load is always better than no image at all. This is only for two lookups though, which is the old AAA version and the "Kitty and Puppy"-one. Apart from that ever thing should work. I've also updated my art page and FAQ, and will take a look at the awards soon. I have some I want to give out, but that'll have to be after this Thursday, when I have my chemistry-exam…
Also expect some new wintery-styled and random lookups. Requests are however still closed, and will NOT be open any time soon. This is because I work as an illustrator in the student newspaper, an alpine instructor (hence the new header), and really have a busy life aside from the studies.
NEWLY ADDED:
TipsHost Yourself:I'm not saying you have too, but I really recommend it. You can upload images to photobucket.com, imageshack.us, and many other FREE places. (Just google "free image-hosting" if you of some reason don't want to use those above.) And then you just save the images I've used, upload them and replace the url in the coding. At the moment, you don't need to host stuff yourself, as not that many people use these lookups. But if I ever delete them yours wouldn't disappear then. But NEVER, ever claim to have made my images, as I've used a lot of time painting them. Add Avvies: You could also add in your avvies, in that case you just go to the chat preferences, right click on the images to see their url in the image properties, and add these into the image - code just below – replace "URL.jpg", as I wrote with the actual url of the image.
If this explanation isn't enough, go to my CSS-page by clicking right below :) CSS Help: Since I've gotten so many questions about how to make lookups, I'm working on a guide. Riddle on the net:
