The evening atmosphere dawned tranquil and silent , the cool breeze wafting between the randomly scattered buildings, wrapping its gentle fingers around leaves and bushes. In an outstandingly large estate, the Persian Emperor paced back and forth anxiously, a frown adorning his otherwise perfect features, his emotions pin wheeling almost out of his grasp, his -disallowed_word-draik) , with her elegant manners was home at last, under the ever watchful eye of Sharnia.

- My Life now -

This is the bit where i ramble on about my life and my personality

Well, i live happily roaming wherever i wish too. I don't really have a place that i would call home, i move around a lot and often find a different home regulary. My carer is Joanna ( dragons_of_peace ) she looks after me when i need looking after, but generally i am quite independant and look after myself, Joanna and i are great friends and i love her very much. I'm happy and content, i love life and plan on living it to the full.

I have grown a fair bit since Joanna first found me, i'm about knee level in height and slightly longer in length ( not including my tail; double my length to include my tail )

Some people say that i am rather cheeky, some even say that i am downright rude *grins* But in all honest truth i just speak my mind, if i don't like something then i say so, it isn't my fault if people don't like to hear the truth *cheeky wink*. I don't mean to offend anyone, i really am quite harmless.

Life is fun isn't it? So many fields to explore, so many butterflies to chase, so many people to annoy *grins*. Leading a relaxed life is my prefrence, i don't like to do anything too exhausting; such as swimming. Blegh, what's so great about swimming anyway? It messes up my pretty fur, and it's cold and wet like rain. People don't like rain so why do people like swimming? o_x Crazy if you ask me *frowns*.

My looks. Admit it, you think i'm pretty don't ya? *grins* What with my beautiful flowing tail, chocolate brown points and dainty claws who could resist? I have a mixture of scales and fur, my ears and paws are scaley, the rest is fur. My horn is... err.. horn o_O But you knew that already didn't you guest? You look smart enough.
My eyes are deep emerald green, rather stunning if i do say so myself, a good tool to presuade people to forgive me if i have offended them, i just look them straight in their eyes and their heart melts *grins*
As you might have quessed by now i'm not your typical Draik. Some say i am part equine, some say i am part feline, i say i am a combination of them both. I move very elegantly, with the swiftness and ease of a Unicorn and the grace of a Feline.
I preen myself and like to keep myself in top condition.

My fears and weaknesses.
I'm frightened of small spaces. Humans call it Claustrophobia:

Claustrophobia is usually described as a fear of enclosed places. A more accurate description might be 'a fear of not having an easy escape route' because for anyone who experiences this phobia this is the predominating feature - you feel a need to be able to get out or get home, quickly.

That's my only fear. I'm generally a very brave Draik, but nobody is perfect... right? *worried glance*
Weaknesses... mm... i'm weak when confrounted with cold. Ice, frost, snow, that sort of thing makes me tired very quickly, almost to the point where i want to hibernate. I tend to stay indoors in the cold weather and keep warm that way.

My magical powers and talents.
Oh this is the fun part. I have many magical powers and talents. You want to hear about them? Alright then.

First up - I can withstand great amounts of heat. Running accross hot coals is childs play to me. I can handle a lot, including Chilli joke sweets *giggles* If i offer you a sweet i wouldn't advise you to accept it, even if i demonstrate eating one.

I'm very fast and agile. Blink and you miss me. I run with ease and can cover miles in very short amounts of time. Odette is fast too, she canters beside me and doesn't have a problem keeping up most of the time unless we have a really long journey, but after a short rest she is as good as new.

I can summon light, alright i admit a lot of Draiks can do this, but it's still pretty cool and useful to know.

Riddles. Yes, i am gifted at making, and solving riddles. Want me to tell you one or two? Alright then, but be warned i won't be giving you the answers *grins* You gotta solve it on your own (i suppose if you get really desperate you could try neomailing dragons_of_peace, if you speak to her nicely she might be persuaded to tell you what the answers are)

Only one colour, but not one size,

- My Petpet and Bonded Friends -

Petpet: Isn't she sweet? Her name is Odette and she is my Whinny. Odette is a lovely little friend to have around, she obeys commands obediantly and she is very similer to me in personality. I don't take her everywhere with me, often i just leave her in a nice forest, she's really good at looking after and fending for herself. I'm currently trying to train her to come to me when i use a special golden whistle that i found, she's learning fast and i hope to have her fully trained soon :) I'm currently trying to decide if i should get her a petpetpet of her own, i'm not sure if i like the idea so i'm thinking about it long and hard before i decide what to do.

Bonded Skyweaver: She's lovely isn't she? She is my bonded Skyweaver and was was very kindly gifted to me by Jez. I'm yet to decide on a name for her. -Top-

- My Family -

I don't know where any of my real family are, but i have a few adopted sisters and brothers. Joanna looks after us all and calls us one big family even though none of us are blood related.

Kasppar -
Kasppar is one of my adopted brothers. He is a Fire Draik with Aqua coloured flames. He's 7 years old and really quiet and shy, he also really loves to read and is quite clever for his age *cough* Not as clever as me though *cough*

Zaikoda -
Zaikoda is number two of my adopted brothers. He's a Darigan Draik, 21 years old. He's bossy and snaps at me a lot, he says that i'm rude and annoying *cheeky grin* He spends a lot of time by himself like me, but he's pretty cool.

NovaKanti -
Everybody calls her Nova for short, she's my adopted sister and is 18 years old. She really likes nature and stuff like that, a bit boring if you ask me. I used to spend a lot of time with her because she insisted on looking after me, but now i don't need her, i can care for myself.

Ayocaa -
Ayocaa is my other adopted sister. She is an ice element Draik so we can't really spend much time together because of my intolerance to ice. She's nice, i wish i could get to know her better without falling asleep after 10 minutes :(

Okarine -
My last adopted brother. He's Maraquan you know, cool huh? But he can come on land too. I've hardly met him because he does spend most of his time in the seas, and well... you know i don't like to swim so i don't go visit him.

Avalan -
My most recent sister, she was born in december 2004. She's cute i suppose, but i liked being the baby of the family and since she has come along everyone has been ignoring me -pouts- Sometimes i just wish that she would go away, then everyone would focus on me again.

And of course, Joanna. She's great considering she is a human. She's 16 years old and likes to draw ( she says she likes to draw me best *points to picture at the very top of the page* ) She openly admits that she's a bit weird *grins* She has a passion for us Draiks, simply adores us and is always saving for things to make us happier. She bought me Odette ^_^

Sheetina
Sheetina is a very outgoing Draik, a Butterfly Princess to you know! She likes cake and flowers. She is very sweet and proper, but when she is hyper, she goes quite crazy. She isn't really shy either.
