Ehehe, hello guest. Nice of you to look me up. You wouldn't happen to be one of those people who've been keeping an eye on my lab ray history, would you? I mean, it's flattering and all but really, I'm not even famous. Turn to Saura or Shad if you wanna see fame. I'm probably the most unknown pet in the family.

  • Name: Cryolien.
  • Nickname: Cryo.
  • Age: 68382 hours.
  • Size: roughly the size and build of a big hound dog
  • Personality: friendly, stoical, contemplative.
  • Likes: the sea, the wind, the freedom
  • Dislikes: Scorchios (you get zapped for three years in a row by an insane scorchio and then disagree with me), annoying people, lightning (bad deja vu).
  • Personal Quote: My wings are not girly!
I was born as a male red Kougra and adopted quite a long time ago when I was a tiny little cub, less than a week old, so I don't remember much about my childhood. I was a labrat for about three years straight. Eventually, in the month of Hunting, year 9, I turned into a faerie Lupe, and remained that way. I'm not entirely sure if I'll stay this way. I'm getting more and more used to it though, so I don't see why not.

I remember lurking around Krawk Island before getting adopted, so I may have been born there. Even if I wasn't, that was the place that shaped me as a person. The sound of waves crashing against the cliffs is one of the first sounds I'm able to remember and still a sound I associate with my fondest memories, no matter how hard it was at times to find food and shelter in Krawk Island. In the end some nice scallywag took me to the pound and I ended up adopted - to Mystery Island, luckily enough. The sandy beaches aren't the same as the raw cliffs and the strong winds that blow on top of them, but it's still a lot of sea, and wind, and generally a place I can really call home.

Throughout the lab years, I still remained mainly the same at heart. I still love Krawk Island, and I still love the sea, the salty wind, the call of the waves, and the freedom of flying. I've been through many winged Neopets and some Darigan stances, and Faerie wings - very non-girly, might I add - are the best ones anyone can think of. They weigh practically nothing, and my body is lighter than other Lupes' so flying on Faerie wings is less tearing away from gravity and more floating with the air currents. When I'm not off gliding I often sleep on the roof. Being above the ground beats being on the ground in every circumstance. Unless there's a storm, of course. That's the one downside of Mystery Island. Regular monsoons.

This here is a little memory from the times when I still wanted to become a pirate Uni. That dream's pretty much gone but that little art trade still remains. And it's really cool too.  Thanks, Pearakeet.

Why a pirate Uni? Ehehehm. Well, you know how impressionable kids are. Pirates were the heroes of my childhood, the people who were able to tame the seas and the storms, and when they came to the Krawk Island taverns after a trip, they always smelled of the salty sea air and tar and sweat and gold, and told the most amazing stories you can think of. (Well, usually they were the most amazing stories they could think of, but do you expect a little kougra cub to realize that?) And the Uni aspect came after I got adopted and got myself the most impressive big sister to look up to. So it went. The only reason why I didn't become a pirate Uni was that I grew out of the dream before we could save up. Probably for the better.

This would be my petpet, a Meepit named Kaze, japanese for "wind". Not much to tell about him. He's sortof... well, actually we don't have much of an owner-petpet relationship. He tends to mind his own meepitty-rodenty business and doesn't consider me any different from the rest of the family.

The family

* * * * * * * * * *

This is my sister, AoiKatana, known as Kat. It's still undecided which one of the two of us is stronger. She trains in the Mystery Island training school, fighting with ninjas every day, while I became stronger in the lab. She and Thor both say that science-twisted stats are no real strength and that training is more important. I don't care either way. I've never cared about fighting.

Then there's Ice, meaning IcyAngel10, my oldest sister, also adopted. Nice and playful, although she can be very strict when you don't listen to her. Ice can get kinda cynical at times, and she seems to think of me as an airhead comparable to Shad, although quite honestly, Shad and I are like night and day.

Tsuki, our self-proclaimed outcast, is our gallery-keeper Shoyru. He spends most of his time with his petpet and hardly ever leaves the gallery where he lives, or if so then only for the night. Tsuki's a quiet and lonesome one, but smart, very smart, and friendly. Somehow he manages to understand me well, even when I get in the mood of rambling and end up making no sense to myself. He is a bit creepy, granted, but only to people who don't know him well enough.

Hehe, my little sister Philoxia. She's a bit on the preppy side and lacks focus from time to time... or most of the time, but I like her in a way. She has the ability of seeing the bright side of life, much like Shad, and it's a precious skill. She's a sweet kid, even if a bit too curious or nosy once in a while, and she seems to be a huge fan of my wings for whatever reason. I mean, I like my wings, but only because they're practical. She likes them because they're apparently oh-so-pretty. Fweh.

Saurani is the cook of our family. He's faster than he may seem, and he works fast too, being able to cook dinner in less than an hour and that's something when you look at the size of our family. We don't actually talk much, because neither of us likes to start a conversation, but he's nice and patient in any case.

* * * * * * * * * *

Thor is a bit of a meanie, having zero sense of humor and patience, but he's nice in a way, being protective of us when you least expect it. He doesn't think too highly of me, says that all this nonsense flutter-flutter business should be left to the Faeries and even so it's a stretch, but he also says that I'm a good listener, sometimes when he's in a good mood he tells me about the adventures he's gone through. And there have been plenty.

* * * * * * * * * *

And last but not least Shad, actually Shadoron. We go way back. We were the best playmates ever back on the days, getting in trouble all the time. It kinda passed over the time, I became more level-headed and smarter, and he... well, it doesn't show, but he's not as airheaded as he may seem. Shad has plenty of common sense. He simply knows how to have fun and likes to take 110% of his life. Funny how life takes similar people different ways, eh?

* * * * * * * * * *

Hm, and actually there's... well, I don't know much about him, other than the fact that he hangs around there. You should ask Ice, she knows a tad better.

I agreed to keep this here but generally it's an award for us all. Hehe, thanks!

Something has happened!
You have won Mindfreak7856's platinum nerkmid award for the coolest petpages!!!!!
