Avatar Lending Form

Here you will find the form you need to fill out and send to the owner of the avatar item or pet you are requesting to lend.

A Form? Why?

Due to a recent incident we have had to make our avatar lending rules more clearer to provide a more secure lending process for our lenders.
Please be sure to send the item/pet back as soon as you have obtained the avatar, as we do not tollerate theft in this guild.
Just remember that these members who are kindly lending their avatar items/pets are helping you, so in all due respect no matter how tempting some may find it to keep their sticky paws glued to something that is worth a good amount of neopoints, just remember the item/pet does not belong to you and theft is not right and will not be tollerated, ever. The arrangement is for these items/pets to be lent only so they must get sent straight back to their owners. Anyway, enough said. As long as you have read this plus the rules on the avatar lending page, then go ahead and fill out the form and neomail it to the owner of the item/pet you are requesting to lend. Follow the rules and everyone is happy :)

How To Fill The Form Out

1.Please read carefully, and read the whole form.

2.fill in between the [ ] what the form tells you to do.

3.Please make sure all parts of the form are filled in correctly as if something is not filled in or filled in incorrectly, the owner of the item has the right to ask you to fill in the form again and resend it, as they will not send out the item until the form is sent to them, fully filled out and completed.

4. Make sure you remember to put your first name or username where the form asks you to confirm that you agree to the rules and T&C.

5. To find out what date you joined the guild and how many posts you have, go to the guild and click on members then scroll down until you can find your username. All the details will be next to it. Fill in how many posts you have and what date you joined.

6. If the form doesn't fit in one neomail, you may split in two or three neomails, just make sure you write continued at the bottom of the neomail so that the lender knows they will receive the rest of the form.
