Quote from J. M. Barrie's Finding Neverland
As you walk into a new petpage you hear the sound of a child giggling. Turning you see a small pastel draik fluttering after a similar colored faerie. You laugh as the two play chase, thus alerting the girls to your presence. FAEBIE! HIHIHIHIHI! Come-come 'n play! The cloud draikness calls. Instead of waiting for you to join she bounces over and takes you by the hand and leads you to her back yard, which you had stumbled into unaware, to play. The green grass is soft beneath your feet and you come to a wooded area. Not far off a forest of redwood reach up high into the sky, but where you are only the short well tended gardens surround you. The little faerie you saw earlier chimes and pulls on your ears. As you try to swat it away the little draikness pulls you into her outdoor play house. She hands you a tea cup and a toy phone. Momma's on da phone! she says, pulling on a Mipsy's Charm Bracelet on her arm. Huhn-gree? Hafs some sweet teas, it's yummy and cake! Yummy-nummy cake! Before you know what happened she has you served with "tea" and cake and is filling your lap with toys. Ooooooraaa, little Cielo has a new friend to play house with today? a dancing musical voice calls from the doorway. Outside a large Faerie Searex peers in, humming a plesent melody.Oh-shee! You must be Cielo's new friend, it is my pleasure to meet you. I am called Oshea, or "Oh-shee" as some call me. Cielo giggled. Oh-shee come play too! Oshea then giggled her own lively way. Cielo knows that I am far too large to come into your house to play but you can come out and play by the pool with me and your friend. Cielo thought that was a wonderful idea and made it quite clear that was what she wanted. Taking your hand again she jumped up and down, up and down giggling and bouncing around, her little chibi wings filling the tiny play house with cool wispy mist. Yay! Come play ouwtside wist Oh-shee-she-ah! It'll'be funfunfun! With a squeel of glee the tiny pastel rainbow draikness rushed out of the play house giggling and laughing. Oshea pulled away from the door and slowly you follow behind. When you come back out in the sunlight you are welcome once more by the cool breeze and earthly scent of the redwood forest. It is then that you take a closer look a the modest home in which to are a visitor to it's back yard. Cielo come back to you, taking your hand to lead you to the house. You pause, wondering if it's such a good idea to enter a house in which you don't really know. "Ahhh." But Cielo shorted short of the back door, instead she lead you on to the back porch where her photo book lay open. Oh-shee you comes and see too! Oshea shakes out her wings and flies over to the bottom of the steps and cranes her head over to look at the picture book.
Dis my pichure book. Lookie lookie dat's me, see? On da cover is my pichure! Indeed a picture of the little draik was on the cover. She opened it and began to point out places she's gone and people that are her friends.
Momma! From behind a winged ocelot has been watching you carefully. Curiously she looks at you, deciding that you are of no harm, she smiles and introduces herself. Well, hello there. I'm Raichu, Cielo's mother. Nice to meet you." She holds out her hand. "It appears you have already been introduced to all of her friends. Cielo just loves that picture book. Cielo puts on a huge grin. And I's not a baby no more I a big girl! The ocelot laughs, Indeed it seems like just yesterday my baby girl hatched from her egg. You grown so big now, Cielo. Boy, I'm so blessed to have you. Raichu sighs looking down lovingly at the pink bundle of giggles at her feet who takes her book in her arms and snuggles it. And talking like a big girl too you are! Yah, I can say Oh my a wild cat? What a wild, wild cat you are! Content, Cielo darts under the hand railing and jumps on Oshea's back and roars at her. Cielo had a speech delay and we had to visit a speech therapist. She really has improved in her vocabulary and sentences. We have been so fortunate. It was a miracle that she came into our lives. Oh, how so?" You ask. Well, I guess I am to bring the darker side of Cielo's story to light, see..." She looks down at Cielo. She already knew the story of how she got her momma but Raichu did not want to scare her with the "grown up" version. That faerie of yours is running amuck in the Tchea Fruit tree again, go see if you can help her." Indeed the faerie was, using her fey magic to lift the ripe fruit into the air, surely to share some, though Raichu knew better she did not always share in the nicest of ways. Raichu waited until Cielo had bounced off before continuing. You may have wondered how an ocelot can give birth to a draik. That is, of course, impossible and absurd but not the way I happened to come by her." She pauses and takes a deep breath. No, Cielo, little Cielo, my little darling was almost killed before she hatched. They almost smashed her little egg to bits... Raichu's voice failed as the scene replayed in her head. Biting her lip Raichu started her tale again. Cielo was the only egg left out of her clutch. Her mother's "owner" was a breeder." Great distaste towards this said breeder filled her voice. As the story goes her prized draik got out and had a 'mixed' clutch. I still can't believe it. They would smash the whole clutch just because they wouldn't be able to get papers on the hatchlings! Raichu's voice raised in anger. She noticed her pitch and stopped. Sighing, she continued. Long story short, I grabbed up little Cielo's pastel colored egg before they smashed it and brought it home to safety. I only wish I had been able to get there in time to save the others. Though, I am very grateful I got there when I did. It was surely a miracle. It was not the first time I had raised a draik from an egg, though that is another story. For now she stopped, Cielo was returning with her faerie how had, while the story was being said, tossed a Tchia at Oshea who was gracious though perturbed about the behavior. What amazing luck that you had!" Hm, maybe, quite fortunate for sure. Just being in the right place at the right time, and being willing to step in when help is needed. I honestly don't know what I'd do without my baby. She means everything in the world to me. Cielo bounced back with her faerie, the fruit floating around them. Well, you can ask your friend if they want some Tchia Fruit but you have so much. Why don't you call Cirros. Iris you can go get him. I'm sure he would like some too." The faerie chimed and fly off, leaving the fruit hovering around the back porch. Her name must have been Iris. Shortly a strange little creature jumps out from behind, where your not sure but it startles you. "What's that?!" Oh that's Cirros, one of Cielo's little pets or creatures or whatever you call them. She keeps bringing new ones home. He's a friendly little monster she received as a gift from the Twins, Don and Van, you saw them in the album, anyways, they gave her this little creature. He is harmless but can sneak up on you if you're not careful. He lives out in the woods with Cielo's little phoenix bird, Candy. She's actually a Sky Weaver which is a sub-species of the phoenix."

Once the fruit was taken care up and eaten Cielo bounced up into your lap. You have looked through a lot but there was still more Cielo wanted to share. Cielo opens it up but the pages are stuck with sticky fingers. Oh dear. Well, I have copies of Cielo's pictures in the house. If you'd like to see some of the pictures taken of Cielo you'll have to follow me inside.
