5/4/09 - Pet Pet Park is Currently in Open beta, which means everyone can play! :) It works similarly to the neopets website except you have real time interaction with your pet pet.

As of right now there are 6 pets to choose from. Each species has it's own set of stats in Agility, Charm and Memory. Please note that the Pinixy pictured directly below is the old style. It was recently updated so that color affects the whole pet now, as seen in the color guide below.

Note: be cautious when picking your pet as at this point you can not delete your pets. However, it was stated that this is a future option, along with multiple pets on a single account.

This section is slowly being added. Users who submitted their own images for use have their names attached to the image they provided. The current special colors are Orange, White, and Grey.

Just like with Neopets, your petpets need your love and support. At this point in the game developement your pets can get hungry and will reflect moods based on hunger. When you open your player card you will notice the mood indication in the upper right hand corner. Here is a sample preview to show what is where on your pets profile box:

To increase your pets mood just give him/her something to eat and watch them go! Feeding them is easy! All you need to do is feed your pet your "starter" food or purchase some snacks from "The Munchery". From there just open your inventory and drag the food item to your pet.

When your feeding is successful you will see a notice telling you your pet has eaten. If your pet was feeling down it will also display their mood change shortly after (as seen in the image to the right). If no mood change is displayed it probably means that your pet is as happy as can be :)

Now that we know a little bit about the pets lets work with what to around the park. Upon entrance to the park you will notice two toolbars right away. One at the top, and one below. The bottom buttons (the active buttons) do the following:

Along the top of your screen you will find another toolbar. Here is a list of the workable buttons:

Other buttons exist in game, however some are not operational and others explain themselves. You'll just have to venture into the park to find them all!

Pictured above is an overall image of the Pet Pet Park map (click the image for a larger version). Each square of the map is labeled with its section name. Wandering the map is easy! Like many other games you only have to click the spot to where you want your pet to go. A successful "route" will be indicated by a small paw print on the ground. You can also fast travel by using your map.

When you open your game map, you may have noticed some of the shops and games listed by special icons.What do you mean no!? Oye! Your going to give me grey hairs you know! XD

Mr. Grimsby (Shadow Grove) Quest One

Step One
The image shown to the left is Mr. Grimsby. However, if you havent done the quest his "chat" quote will be golden with a "!" mark in the inside. This quest starts in Shadow Grove. Mr. Grimsby will ask you to locate a black apple.

Step Two
Now you will need to head on over to the Pawvillion. You can find it via using the map button on your tool bar. The trees are in the lower right corner of this map section. Once you find them move your character as close to the tree as possible. When you mouse makes the hand features in the image to your right, you can click to shake the tree. You will need to watch carefully for a black apple to drop. Once you have the apple take it back to Mr. Grimsby.

Mr. Grimsby (Shadow Grove) Quest Two
Step One
Mr. Grimsby will now give you another quest to delivery his present to Flerilda. To get to her you will need to go to "Fashion Field".

Step Two
Deliver his package to Flerilda. She will ask you to taste the cake. Once you have tested it for her she will ask you to deliver a reply back to Grimsby.

Step Three
Deliver the positive message back to Grimsby in order to complete his quest.

Angry Pete (Pirate Alley) Quest

Step One
Angry Pete has a special delivery for you to make. He will tell you to locate Scurvy Bill.

Step Two
Deliver his package to Scurvy Bill. He is located in Park Station (behind the post office and toward the left by the bridge).

Step Three
Return to Angry Pete to notify him of a successful delivery.
