My Story I was a yellow Bruce for a long time. But I had always been captivated by the sky, and dreamed of flying. My brother Kovu let me ride on his back a few times (he has wings too!) so I could feel what it was like to fly. This only made me want wings more and more.
When the Faerie color was introduced for Bruce, I begged Yoshi to paint me. I wanted wings soo badly. She and I saved for a long time, and then finally the day came when I was to be painted. I could hardly contain my excitement as she took me to the rainbow pool.
I was painted. I could hardly believe it. The thing I had been dreaming of had come true! My color had changed, but not my dream to fly. But no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get off the ground with my new wings. Kovu tried to help me, but it was useless. I couldn't do it…I couldn't fly.
I cried and cried. The one thing that I had wanted so badly couldn't be. I was so depressed I didn't know what to do with myself anymore. But that is when I discovered my hobby. Planes!! I love them! I am quite the pilot if I can brag. ^___^ I have my own plane, and take joy rides everyday.
Even though the plane helped me satisfy my desire for the sky, I have never stopped dreaming that someday I will fly on my own. "Some people say I'm a dreamer…"
An airplane has six major parts; fuselage, wings, stabilizer (or the plane's tail), rudder, engine and landing gear. The main body of the plane is called the fuselage and contains the control equipment as well as being the place where the pilot, passengers, and cargo sit.
The lift of an airplane is caused by the air against the surfaces of the wings. The wings cause the air to be accelerated downward. Planes are built with a design that keeps in mind air drag because speed is so important to the flight of the plane.
The tail fin is what allows the plane to go left or right.
My airplane's engine is driven by a propeller, although planes can also be driven by a jet, turbojet, or rocket. Landing gear is the understructure that supports the weight of the plane when it is on the ground (or in some cases on the water). The landing gear also reduces the shock while the plane lands.
Well, that's just a little introduction to my little hobby. ^__^
My Hobby
My plane isn't a giant aircraft, it's just a private aircraft that fits me (the pilot) and one or two passengers. My plane is a biplane, which means it has two sets of wings that are fixed at different levels on the body of the plane.. It also has just one propeller in which is located in the very front.
My Family
| Yoshi is my loving owner. She takes care of me and my brothers very well. She's my relief being in a family with three brothers! She's a college student studying Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design and a minor in Marketing. |

Theodore my oldest brother. He's a starry Zafara, and kind of the trouble-maker of the family. He's a really great guy, he just likes to have a good time…even if it means taking risks or getting into mischief. |
| Gandalf is my next older brother. He's proud and most of the time really mellow and laid back. He may seem arrogant, but he's really a great brother, and can be quite protective of me at times. He's not around much, but when he is we love to play together. |

Kovu is my youngest brother. He's just an average kougra, really. He's been through some tough times in his life, but I think of the four of us, he's the happiest. He's just a joy to be around. He's pretty shy, but can also be quite stubborn and hot tempered. He's still trying to teach me to fly. ^__^ |

Brenda is my good friend, and also my cousin! She and I are a lot alike, including that we are the only girls in our families! I hope Brenda and I stay friends for a long time. =) She recently was painted plushie! ^__^ |

I used to accept just a verbal description of the colors/style/clothing, etc., but that got too hard, so I am requiring a picture now. A verbal description along with the picture is always helpful. Also, give me your Bruce's FULL name, and a nickname if he/she has one.
If you have Bruce Adoptables and you do customs, let me know and I would love to trade a custom with you.
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT take a custom that does not belong to you. I consider this design theft. If I catch you doing this, you WILL be punished, so don't do it.
If I make you a custom, I will check and make sure that you have the adoptable on your page and then I will remove the text box beneath the custom to prevent people from stealing it. If you have lost the code to your custom, please neomail me and I will be happy to give it to you. :)
