In September 2012, a small group of friends came together to build a community of players who each had very different interests. From gaming, to customizing, writing, drawing, books, movies, neohomes, Art Gallery, spotlights, Habitarium, and roleplaying (and many more), everyone loves something different on Neo. Not wanting to create a conforming, single-theme based guild, we decided to bring everyone together for a vast array of activities and events based on EVERYTHING Neopets has to offer.
The idea itself came from Gromit (7lennon) who presented the idea to Melie and Starry (starrylupe_14). (Julia at myncielover is also a leader who came in a bit later!)
From Gromit's idea, we brainstormed the details and technicalities until we finally came up with what you see now before you; an ever-changing, atmosphere alternating community. Each month the guild will transform into a new interest-based theme.
And the best of it all? YOU decide the theme. All members are invited to vote in the poll and select which interest they would like everyone to participate in.
The majority vote then becomes the guild's reality, and all games, auctions, and activities are then focused around that theme. Of course, the guild leaders always welcome new ideas; feel free to submit your own theme to be polled.
(note- majority will not ALWAYS override, everyone will get a chance to do what they want to do)

The Guild's Inner WorkingsOur Leaders:
This guild does not have one leader, but three. All with equal say and admin power. We are all co-ownies together.
Why we chose to work the guild this way is if one of us is sick, on vacation or busy, you always have a leader to be there for you all!
Furthermore, the three of us made the guild what it is, and we all work well together, so it was only fair and perfect for us. (Note- the last two council spots are not leaders, but rather actual council members)
And yes, the way the leaders are placed on the guild aren't in a particular order!
Leader- Gromit at 7lennon, in charge of guild layout making and webbie, polls, teams page, lab ray page, holidays (including little Holiday Activities) and guild birthdays.

Leader- Starry at starrylupe_14, head of recruiting, a Team Leader and in charge of MOTM

The IMPORTANT question!
How does this guild work?
Well, it's rather simple. This isn't a dictatorship, this is for the members! Are you sick of being told what to do? Been stuck in demanding guilds or impersonal guilds? Are your interests and talents being ignored or unappreciated? Then this really is the one for you! We are all a big family, and our fun never ends! Basically, We have a monthly theme, which can be anything, and we do activities around the current theme. The theme will change once the month ends. P.S. If you are filling out an application in order to join, make sure to write a COMPLETE sentence about applesauce somewhere in there so we know you truly read the webbie, thanks!
Guild RulesYeah, we have some rules, but it is for the protection and happiness of our members. Please respect these rules, read them over, and keep to them. It is rather simple!
Rules1- Follow all of TNT's Rules.
Depending on how severe it is, we may warn you, suspend you, block you, delete you or report you! Best brush up on the rules, and comply with TNT's rules. We do take this seriously, as we don't want the guild to get in trouble, same concern for each of its members. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
2- No Drama or Troublemaking
We are a loving family here and we respect everyone. Please don't be that person that makes trouble!
Politely disagree, and get along. If there are issues, we may intervene with a warning, if it continues, we will suspend and/or delete you (even reporting if serious enough). If you feel you are being bothered, please neomail a leader and we will do all we can to help. All in all, keep drama out of the guild ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
3- Be Active
This one is very important. We expect each member to participate and involve themselves within the guild members and activities. Please post a minimum of 45 posts a month! While we do realize that people are busy, we try to maintain a healthy balance of activity, enough to entertain, but not too much to stress. We want you to have an enjoyable time with us, and for that, we ask that you be around. If you know you are going to be inactive for a period of time, please let a leader or council member know prior!
We will do regular member sweeps to make sure the guild is still tight-knit. If you have been deleted, and you are ready to be more active, please neomail us and we may welcome you back! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
4- No more than 3 posts in a row.
Just don't spam things up, try to avoid that 4th post in a row! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
5- Semi Literate +
Yes we use smilies and may abbreviate a FEW things and make a FEW mistakes…
But we like complete sentences, and good uses of grammar and good spelling.
Chatspeaking is not tolerated and will result in 2 warnings and a deletion if this persists…(i.e.) lol I n33d 2 l3rn h0we 2 spel…
6- Be a good sport.
Please respect everyone's interests and choice of theme. Everyone here has different likes and dislikes, it's what makes us WHO WE ARE! Many different areas of Neo will be celebrated over time.
Plus, try the theme out, who knows, you may learn to appreciate something new! Also remember that if you aren't picked for MOTM or your theme isn't picked, we are trying to include everyone and do what is best for everyone. Keep your spirits up, and remember that all of us appreciate each member ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
