I'm guessing you're here because you wish to apply for a pet, already applied, waiting for the results, or are just curious.
First, I would like to stress that this page is only to provide information. It is not used for you to copy directly from. Please use the information to what you view is appropriate.
This is to show why Hanna picked who she picked. Hopefully, it'll help you understand her process. And thus, it may even help you on your future application endeavors.

With this, after I received my twentieth application for Trifoliume alone, I noticed a few very nice people who made some very simple application mistakes. These people, probably could have been great owners. But, after seeing the mistakes I doubted them a little.
Furthermore, I've had people who were completely unsure of where to begin (on both petpage and neomail).
Thus, I've decided to begin an archive of my past applications (as well as other fun application things!). Not all applications are shown and the user names are removed.
I also hope this will help out the people who I didn't pick to be my pet's owners. This page will hopefully help explain my reasons. But remember, these are my reasons, not anyone elses. Other people will have different likes and dislikes and might have picked a different person. I even change my views between pets. But this will give a little glimpse into my mind. And perhaps even the minds of other Foster parents.
As a foster parent, I'm not here to choose the "Best Owner." I'm here to choose who I think is dedicated to neopets. I'm here to choose someone who's hoping to receive their dream pet.
It may seem a little backwards to some people. I've certainly have just time pounded before (when I don't have time to wait or read applications). But it's how I view things. Why? I can't control what people will do after they receive my pet. Will they quit? Will they decide to pound the pet later? Will they just leave the pet to 'rot'? I don't know.
It's hard to know for sure. Applications are words. Words from people I don't know, who don't know me. Sometimes I can't decide if someone's lying. I can just base it on my thoughts to choose someone who seems to really adore the pet.
And you know what? Maybe my time pound would have received a much better owner than if I went through the application process.
MrBunneh
MrBunneh was created by me on Cybunny day, 2008. I needed a boy bunny to paint royal. In the end, however, I chose to paint Cyways as my royal boy.
I zapped him a couple times and he turned speckled. Since I was afraid of a species change, I decided to put MrBunneh up for adoption on June 22nd.
He didn't have way too many applicants but he did have some nice ones.

Overall Content Impression: For some reason unknown to me, I thought it was so cute and adorable. I just wanted to hug Kathy. Normally, I would have taken off points for the "feeding" and "grooming" but her application reminded me of a girl who said something along the lines of Why can't we view our pets like the way they use to be? Where we get excited about feeding and caring for the pet? Where we reward them on holidays? Where we don't view them as pixels anymore but as actual pets? I think the main reason it appeal to me was because I remember myself like her. Plus, Kathy obviously put so much work into it. There's a lot of information and nice images. I'm disappointed about the no credits though :/ But it doesn't look intentional just looked like certain images were google'd and put into the page.
Overall Impression: Although I thought the petpage application was so cute, I wasn't impressed by the user account. Yes, sure, it was sweet, she seems active. But, Kathy has three sad pets. Although I don't know for sure, I assume it's because of hunger. Nevertheless, although Kathy seemed like someone who thoroughly adored her pets in her petpage application, her account proved otherwise.

Overall Content Impression: Although a lot of work seemed to have been put into this petpage... x_X I barely could read it. Plus I hate the over usage of exclamation points. I cringe and complain to my teacher people when they pass out worksheets that say "Blah blah!!" D: AHHHH ATTACK Most of the things put into the application was either not needed and I didn't care (such as a giant list of favorite bands, who the applicant's favorite Jonas Brother is, and that she likes puppies...) or wasn't what I was looking for. The applicant did seem to put a lot of work on it though...
Overall Impression: ): Sadly, the account age was under four months. I cannot give the pet to people under four months even if I really wanted to. I don't wait for accounts to age.

Overall Content Impression: I was very impressed with the petpage. XD; I kept on squee-ing. Sure, I'm not one hundred percent excited about the layout being giant images, but they work. The content was very thorough, and Molly's good friends with Kei. So I'm sure she'll be a great owner. Where Molly got her very many bonus points? The Plush Toy! Dannnngg, that impressed me beyond anything. She actually made a plush toy for MrBunneh (a cute one at that!). That's pretty amazing. I never thought anyone would ever make a plush toy. …I should write it down and attempt to make some sort of plush for my future applications…
Overall Impression: Although Molly's account isn't one of the better ones, it shows she's really dedicated to neo. Plus, it gives her a more 'real' feeling. Only thing was ): she had two 'sad' pets.

Random quote of writing style: A cybunny is one of my dream pets. I was planning on changing MrBunneh's color but the color grew on me and I adore the speckled color. I am trying to help abandoned pets find a good home by zapping them and letting caring Neopians adopt them. Both of my accounts are tended to daily. Overall Content Impression: Although the content could have just been a Neomail application, it was defiantly easier to keep track of and laid out quite nicely.
Overall Impression: I was pretty impressed with all four accounts. They all had a lookup and all pets were cared for. In addition, the applicant seemed to have been really active in her guild.

Hello, I'd like to start by apolagising for only being able to write a Neomail application, since my second year of college is starting soon I have found myself up to my ears in coursework O.o As you may tell from browsing my account I am very much a Cybunny fan, but please dont confuse me as a collector - I do not simply collect bunnies and leave them to rot as trophy pets, I use my pets as inspiration for characters, Each pet has their own unique personality and are drawn in Manga style, however at the moment lumeeis is missing his character design, I only received him yesterday. I am a council member in the guild Cybunny Alliance, This new guild is all about bringing your cybunnies to life as characters, at the moment Anzora is the only bunny I have registered as an Official Team member, however Aqua and Lume are soon to join and Hopefully MrBunneh could be not only welcomed into my family but also into my guild. Overall Content Impression: Oh, really loved Sarah. C: She seems like a very nice person. I have very many Cybunnies too so I understand. A lot of things were very impressing. And I loved the story.
Overall Impression: Very impressed by both the Neomail and the account. Sarah is defiantly someone I will be very, very happy to give MrBunneh to. She does have a pet application for Alyaus but Sarah explained to me about her circumstances. In addition, after reading the page, Sarah didn't include very much well... new useful information I care about. She was as thorough on both applications.

Overall Content Impression: Didn't give me that great of an impression. Sure, everything sounded awesome, but there was nothing to back anything up at all. How would I know if anything was true? Plus there are a couple of mistakes that bothered me a tad. Later, I searched the account and found an application for another cybunny. Although I don't mind other applications at all, that page had many things that would have given Kitty lots of bonus points. Obviously, since it's not mine, I won't give the bonus points P:
Overall Impression: : Impressed by Kitty's account: BC trophies and such. But I still don't feel like Kitten really cares too much about MrBunneh. Again, I don't mind people applying for other pets and I don't mind Neomail applications. But, it kind of hurts to know the differences: she spent probably 100 times more effort on another pet. I think MrBunneh deserves to go to someone who'd appreciate him more. Plus, according to her, both a skunk cy and a spotted kougra are her dream pets (on different pages). Which leads me to doubt some more. Again, I want to send my pets to someone who'd really appreciate the pet. Yes I know you can have more than one dream pet. But :/ it felt like ...mneh to me.

Overall Content Impression: I think this person would have been a nice applicant. She seemed nice and sweet. But what she was doing was against the neo rules. In addition, I really don't think I would like MrBunneh to go to a three year old.
Overall Impression: Defiantly, not impressed with either the actual application or Courtney's account. It doesn't look like anything was done to the account. All pets had the sad face ):. There was nothing else of anything. I'm surprised she's been on for 14 months. In addition, her name is "Courtney and Nikki" which seems like a shared account.

Trifoliume
Trifoliume was created on Cybunny day, 2007. Yes, she use to be a little cybunny.
I wanted to try and zap a chocolate cybunny but instead, found a chocolate kacheek.
And being cybunny based, Trifoliume's name has a really unique meaning. If you search "Trifolium" in google ( Results 1 - 10 of about 1,500,000 for Trifolium. (0.24 seconds)) or even wikipedia ( (Redirected from Trifolium)). Yes, it's a fancy pants name for Clover. The tri part means 'three' and the folium part means 'leaf.'
I adored the name, and Tri, so it was really hard to put her UFA. In the end, I decided I needed room for my Goal pets and that I couldn't take care of her with a design, petpage, and plenty of BCing. Plus, although Tri was my lab pet, I couldn't let a beutiful Chocolate Kacheek disappear. So, on June 10th, 2008 I put her UFA on Neopound with her petpet Mazzew- Clover.
Now, at the end of fostering, I'm very happy to say that I've received so many wonderful applications (XD; almost too many... it's now too hard to choose). And I'm defiantly proud and feel that I'm able to find a wonderful, new owner whoever I pick.

Overall Content Impression: I thought the application was very sweet and thorough. And Tri really had a personality (as well as the other pets. I was a tad worried about the "no real main" thing. But I don't think there was anything against the rules going on (only play games on one account …etc).
Edit: The no real main thing was explained. I understand now. All are just played equally.
Overall Impression: The accounts were nice, and the applicant looked real active. There were multiple other applications but they weren't exactly the same, so I can tell that the applicant still worked really hard on tris.

Overall Content Impression: D: When I read this, I had many -disallowed_word-*cough* the 17 poems?!?!) as well as "D: AGHHHHH, HOW CAN I DECIDE?" Anywho, I was very, very impressed with this application. Sure, there were some writing issues but the content was way out there. It pretty much had everything there could be stuffed in a petpage. And it was pretty good too. I can seriously tell that Chocolate Kacheeks are Tiffiany's dream pet.
Overall Impression: There were two referrals as well and a whole bunch of dedications: the gallery, the shop, the lookup… There were just a ton of things, and they were worked on too. The account isn't too bad either. All pets are happy, the pets have a lookup, guild owner…etc. Overall everything was pretty much there.

Overall Content Impression: I'm very, very impressed with the application. There was a lot of information and the little chocolate images really added to the page. The page excelled on the things I put emphasis on (art, creativity, writing…etc) and it was cute and to the point.
Overall Impression: I'm very impressed with both the application and the account. Active seemed to really care about the pets she had. All pets had a start of a petpage (except for where the application was placed of course). In addition, all pets had a pet lookup and really seemed cared for. Overall Content Impression: I was very impressed by the application. The layout (although doesn't work at all on firefox on my very wide resolution) worked perfectly when I used the suggested format. In addition, the page provided a ton of information that I wished to have. And ^^; Kazzy reminded me of myself… not when I was her age… I was still a very giant newb then. But she reminds me of myself even now. When I read her description of herself I couldn't help but go "8O OMG THAT'S ME!" Except she's Vietnamese and I'm Chinese. And I'm immature for my age and use of smilies and she's mature for hers… But even our writing styles, are similar. And with the transitive property of Hanna… I assumed she'll be on neo for a very, very long time. Plus unlike me… she'll someday go into high school while I will go into college. And since I've been through high school, I know people still have time to play neo. *nod nod*
Okay back to the actual content, instead of ramblings of myself.,. the petpage included everything I really was looking for. And it also excelled on things I really enjoyed and put emphasis on. And the little pet comment blog was very adorable and unique.
Overall Impression: I was very impressed with Kazzy's main. It was nicely organized and things C: I would have loved to see petpages though. In addition, I actually have seen Kazzy BCing her jubjub before I knew her as an applicant. And, being a BCer, I put a huge emphasis on artists. Plus, the contest is one of the only things you can really do to bring out the pet's personality.

Overall Content Impression: 8D Oh whoa. I'm very impressed with the entire application. It's very, very nicely done. And I can tell that it's been worked on a lot. It's very cute and adorable and Trifoliume really develops a character. Plus, it's overloaded with art and writing- which is my love. I really loved the story too. I really want to hear more 8D. As a note, there is also a gallery link. I debated on putting it as a dedication. In the end, I didn't since it was just the items. I did, however, screenie the items since they're adorable and matches Truffles' personality.
Overall Impression: Very impressed by accounts as well. XD; and I'm very glad Trifoliume was listed in 'dream pets.' It would have been disappointing if I randomly went there and poof. Trifoliume-when I first laid eyes on her, I knew she was the pet for me. With that lucious brown fur and the whipped cream dollop on her head, she sat looking at me and I knew she was the one...About Me: I've been playing neopets for two years and this is my final account. My sides include –username removed- and –username removed-. During the summer, I am on neo everyday to check in on my pets. And during the school year, I am on every weekend and two to three days a week. If I leave for vacation, my pets are in safe care of the neolodge. Owing Trifoliume: If I were to own Trifoliume, her daily meal would consist of health food and the occasional chocolate treat. Her hunger level would never reach below 'fine' or too far above for that matter. She would have lots of plushies and squeeze toys to occupy Tri's time, plus her sisters would adorn her with love. Tri would sit as my main pet, tagging along with me to the Merry Go Round, Tiki Tours, Jelly World, various wheels, and many more exotic locations.Tri would be the star of short stories and series I am writing for the Neopian Times. All in all, I would love Trifoliume as more than a pixilized trophie. She would have a warm spot reserved in my heart for years to come. The beginning really hooked me in. x_X this is my 15th application I've looked at and wrote about for Tri alone (/today/… D: ) so I've been kind of dead to applications. hello, I would like to be Trifoliume's owner, and i decided to do a different kind of application that will help me stand out from everyone else that applied. So I won't go through all of the I will feed and play with her details, because it is expected that i will feed her. Anyways, since she's chocolate I will definitely not paint her or adopt out, I mean i have a hard time putting bookstained ufa, so it would be impossible for me to put Trifoliume UFA. (Im such a softy ) But whatever, I promised myself I wouldn't get into the details. I guess I should tell you a little about myself. I have been on neopets for 3 years, and this is my main. Why do you call pets by weird nicknames?
Although Hanna calls Trifoliume, Tri, I'm sure there are more unique and awesome nicknames. Hanna's not the most creative person alive, after all. Hanna calls the pet by the applicant's nickname when she talk about the applicant's page. The archive files it that way to recognize the character in more, er in character?
Why do you have this page?
Hanna wants to explain why she picked who she picked. And Hanna knows the confusion of trying your hardest and still not getting picked. Hopefully this will help all the applicants (shown or not shown) understand why someone was picked to be the owner. Further, hopefully this will help future applicants.
Can I be removed from this page?

Yes, all coding and images (besides the screenies of course!) are drawn and created by /Hanna/. o__O although there's really only one picture she's worked on... the header... anywho. Don't steal please. It makes everyone sad.
