Introduction

Hello, welcome to my petpage! I'm Chason the island grarrl, and I was adopted from the Neopian Pound. I used to be a lab rat on pinknsyncstar's account, but then I was cast into the pound and found by nemo_pwns! This is a picture of me!



Now, you may be wondering why my page is titled "The Wonderful Page of Sleep". This is because I am dedicating this page to sleep. I LOVE to sleep. Sleeping is probably my favourite pasttime! In fact, sometimes I can sleep for 3 days straight. But then, since I am a grarrl, I get hungry after a while. Sambero, my brother, always complains about my snoring. Once he recorded a video of my snoring. I found it very embarrassing so I decided not to post it here. Sam wanted to, but I threatened to bite him. I have very sharp teeth, you know!

Today I'm taking you on a tour of my webpage. The rest of this webpage is going to illustrate how sleeping relates to everyone in Neopia.

Work and Sleep in Neopia

There are many jobs in Neopia. There is a large assortment of jobs, including curators, bank managers, musicians and more. Not many of them include sleeping, unfortunately. Two jobs often include sleeping on the job(which would be strictly prohibited by most other jobs): shopkeeping and gallery keeping.

Sleeping shopkeepers and gallery keepers are not recommended, as there are thieves everywhere. However, there don't seem to be any rules for shopkeepers, so shopkeepers can basically do whatever they like... Bring their petpets, relax, dance, and even sleep. Some do advertise sales, but they are not so dominantly popular.

I, Chason the island grarrl, think that shop and gallerykeepers should be able to sleep on the job. Not many jobs allow it, and it would be nice to see at least a couple of jobs allowing you to sleep. There aren't very many snoozing choices, and you have plenty of other choices to choose from, so why not have a few shopkeepers that can laze around? I mean, the Neopets team approves of shopkeepers who laze around all day or play with petpets, so why not more sleeping ones?
