Welcome, guest to the {exuberance™} rules page! Here you can find out what you should and shouldn't do in the guild, what you can do to up your rank, and, most importantly, how you can get on the council's good side.

Main Rules//

+Be kind and considerate.
+Being rude to other guild members is wrong do it and you will be suspended.
+Do not spam the message boards, 6 words per post please!
+Do not post more than three messages in a row, try to squeeze it all into one post if you can!
+Do not start a guild activity without my (Amanda) permission.
+Listen to Neopets rules, they still apply!
+When advertising, be kind, answer questions, and do your best to make people feel welcome!
+Be kind to new members, there is no reason to think you are better than them, they have the same right as you to post, and suggest ideas.

Up your rank//

Minimal: default rank.
Stone Stepper: post 100 messages, must be active, suggest occasional ideas, and help out.
Contributer: 250 messages, same as above, donate at least 1k (not required, but appreciated).
Jubilant: 400 messages, same as above, donate at least 5k (not required, but appreciated). Exuberant: 600 messages, same as above, donate at least 10k (not required, but appreciated). Council: council is currently full at the moment, when more members arrive, we may start a sub-council!
