The Perfect Villain
Exhibit A: Pirates. Afraid yet?

This was my first ever article written and published for the Neopian Times. It was just a random thing I started writing, and since it was actually something I finished, I entered it in the NT just for the lulz ;P

Big surprise when I found out that it was held over and then published, and when a part of it was selected as Quote of the Week as well. This was also the CayCaed! sisters' first debut.

In Grave Lettering
This was Natalie's favorite book," Quill said quietly, holding it gently in her hands. "Mother and Father are worried..." she trailed off, looking in the dark immense forest beyond them.

My attempt at writing suspense, which didn't go very well, in my opinion. This thing wasn't exactly the best o_o

Rock on, Neopia!
Another night filled with endless music coming from Neopia's greatest bands.

Another CayCaed! article. This time, featuring the different bands of Neopia.
This one was extremely fun to write. Well, for one thing, writing about the two siblings is just... interesting.

Letters for Lia
Oh, get in the spirit, Val." Lia stuck the card onto the gift box. "Though it is kind of hard to get in the Winter spirit in this dreadful weather.

This is my favorite out of all the stuff I've written, in my opinion. It's just... sweet I guess, and I had a lot of fun writing the various letters from all my other characters. I do wish I spent more time editing it though; the first part could be a bit more flow-y.

The Ithalyas Chronicles - The Stormbringer #1
A new place; a new story.

This is the first page of a ten-part comic that would continue on for ten weeks! I'm a little bit excited about this 8D This was made with blood, sweat and tears after all :'3

Anyway, the first panel started out as a doodle; I was hoping to use this for the application for Ivynell--simply as some sort of picture to go with the story. But apparently, inspiration brick'd me on the head and the next thing I knew, I was making a comic... with only the beginning and ending in mind. This is basically a spur-of-the-moment thing... making it up as I went along. Despite the quick sketches and plenty of mistakes, I'm pretty happy with this.

Just a few random facts:
1. The writing on the book is in Filipino: Mga taong may kapangyarihan sa klima. Ang kanilang emosyon ang may pamamahala kung ano ang magiging klima sa panahon na iyon. Minsan, sila ay may kapangyarihin gumawa ng kidlat at... and is translated to People with the power over weather. Their emotions control what the weather will be. Sometimes, they have the power to create lightning and...
2. Code Geass is taking over my subconscious.

These poses killed me. From this, I realized that I need more practice with dynamic poses (aka poses that do not just involve standing around... something which I do every single time o_o)
This is one of the pages which I hated making, partly because of the poses and partly because of the pacing. There was another version of this one although I had to change that because I disliked the "timing blah" of the panels.
