My name is Sai, and thanks for reading! C: This is an little extra for my application for Ether~ On this page you'll find information about me, my current pets, accounts, and all the random stuff that you may or may not want to read. xD

My main account is unsealed, the account I am almost always found on. This account is where Ether would be going, with my other 3 babies~

The only other active account I have is saiyukou, which is my current lab account. I'm not on here unless I'm using my labbies to experiment with coding or zapping. xD

The account where my application is hosted (iloveunicorns333333) was my original account, if you can't tell by the awful name lol. I don't use this account, it's more there for nostalgia purposes. xD

About Sai

Well I figure I should introduce myself at some point, but I didn't want to put this on my actual application, since it takes away from Ether. So! I'd say I'm a fairly average human being, with a love for all things related to fantasy and sci-fi. c: I'm currently 19 (and I've been playing neo since I was ten...lol), and I've come back to neo since I've had more downtime lately.

I'd consider myself an artist above all else, although I do dabble in writing and other things on occasion. Art will always be my one true love though. xD I find myself doodling, no matter where I go.

Ether

Alright, so there's just a few things I wanted to go over about my character for Ether.

The plot that Ether's character revolves around is actually a small part of a larger project I've started up in the last months. I've been wanting to start a comic since I was little, but I never really had the right inspiration to get one going. A few months ago I came up with a plot involving characters in the country Alisae, a place that thrives on the harmony of magic and technology.

The actual main character for this comic is a girl named Tea, and her partner in crime, Kitari. Ether was created when I was working on my character sheets (I've got mountains of them on my desk x.x). At first I wasn't sure if I wanted Lucia's best friend to be male or female, but I had been browsing through neopound (I used to be an active member on their forums), and I happened to see Ether UFA. I really loved her name, and that's what inspired her character.

At the moment I don't really have anything to show for my comic, since it's still in the rough skeleton stages. I do have sketches and drafts all over the place, but unfortunately I can't fit anything in my scanner as I use ridiculous large sketchpads. xD

The application

I really had a lot of fun making my application for Ether. Although I would like to add more of her story on her page, I didn't want to give too much away, in the event that people actually read my comic when it's up. xD I'll be adding side stories and similar stuff if I'm chosen as her new owner though.

The application itself is basically what her petpage would be. Although I do enjoy making petpages, my characters actually get more screentime in my head than they do anywhere on paper. Petpages are one of the things I really enjoy on neo, besides all the great people~

The Future

This is just a little preview of how I'd customize Ether. I'm not sure if I'll ever paint her or not. If I did it would be gold, or maybe faerie.

Beyond customization, I plan on expanding her character more, perhaps doing some side stories with my other characters in some crazy, cross-dimensional meeting or something. xD Art is a given, and of course, I'd plan on getting Aria up and running. c:

My Pets

Rasza

o_Rasconza_o (Maraquan Draik)- Rasza is the first pet I ever applied for, in '06, I believe. Her previous owner, Dragon, was adopting out quite a few of her pets at the time. Her character is based on the idea of re-incarnation of an ancient Winter spirit, and so her character has been through a few 'lives' since I've adopted her, but for the most part her story is the same.

Ryo

Ryochiru (Royalboy Shoyru)- Ryo is currently a gender-bender royal shoy, but I'd like to make him a royalboy krawk when I get the funds. His character is currently going under a minor revamp as I rework his old petpage and make it better! He's the king of his floating cities in the sky, powered by steam and a little bit of magic. He's one of the only characters I don't have an anthro form for.

Ina

Inausti (Speckled Ixi)- Inausti was once the lead singer of a band called Arcadia, along with a Darigan Kougra named Cahavnte, and a Purple Aisha named Zombb. I adopted her from the lovely Kari a while back, and she's probably my favorite character to roleplay with, since she's so flexible. I try not to draw her with the same clothes or hairstyle twice, which is surprisingly easy. When I adopted her she was a Darigan Yurble, but I've morphed and painted her into a Speckled Ixi recently, I think it fits her character more.

(her petpage is being re-done, but I've been tossing around ideas, I might just use it as my art page xD)

Other Pets

I've had a few other pets that I adopted out, due to my lack of inspiration for them.

Kyrouan was a brown draik I morphed and painted myself. Since her creation I've gone through several characters for her, but none of them seemed to stick, so I adopted her out in hopes that someone else could create a dazzling character for her, and I wasn't let down. c: It was hard to chose her owner, and she didn't receive nearly as much interest as Ether probably will. xD

The other pets that I adopted out never really had great characters, or any at all. Among those were Hoolphal (Alien Aisha), Cahvante(Darigan Kougra), and Lostwings(Shadow Hissi).

Dragon_Spirit and Ai are pets on my original account, and I'm really not sure what to do with them at the moment. I may use Ai for a lab pet later, and Dragon was the second pet I ever had. She was an UC Faerie Shoy, until I accidentally converted her shortly after the new pets were introduced. :c
