The Real Introduction
You come across a small, bleak room. Not one beautiful thing in sight. Not a flower or card. Not a poster nor picture. Simple and Functional obviously the purpose. Scanning the room only one thing catches your eye. A small plastic model of a ship lying on the pillow of the bed. Curious, you pick it up. The top pops off, you notice, so you easily pop it off. Below, being covered was a small, flashing red button. Once again, curiously you press the small thing, and as you do, the floor drops beneath you. You slide fast down a long, plastic tube. Faster, faster. Lights flashing. And suddenly, you are sent flying out of the tunnel, and into a large pile of various vials and test tubes. "What the?" you utter to yourself. "What are you DOING?!" You hear someone shout. Turning behind you, you see a shoyru heading your way. This wasn't your average day shoyru you notice. This one was different. Her wings were not dragon like, but more like a faerie's. She was various shades of blue, strange markings on her fin and tail, as well as her wings. "What are you?" you ask bluntly. "That's rude!" She shouts, she's testy, you notice. She sighs. "My name is Almnd, but you may call me Alm."

The Companion

Little Selenic. I met him while traveling back from my ship almost two months ago. Small and cute, he looked like he had wandered away from his mother. I found out he had more then wandered, more like traveled 5000 miles, I had to care for him until his mother, Piney came and took him back home. Piney was so nice, it took days for her to travel, but in the mean time, me and Selenic were the best of friends. Such a creative little mind...
Umby, I met him in my travels, not much to say in the least. He liked to be alone, and was a bit stubborn at first. He was an awfully good listener though, for I told him of my travels, and my home planet. He nodded, and was sympythetic of my crash. As we said our goodbyes he told me we shall never meet again, but I know in my heart we will. No matter what his "destiny" calls for. We shall meet once again...
