 To adopt any of the pets seen below you must be a part of the guild. If there is a pet you want please follow the instructions below and they will explain everything that needs to be done.
Be sure to use the TRANSFER OPTION or else there is NO GUARANTEE that you will get the pet!!! Just please follow the instructions and you should be fine! We hope you have fun and love the new pets!


Neopet Rules for Adopting a Pet

* Your account must be at least 4 months old to adopt a pet. Neopets has made a new rule that painted pets cannot be adopted by people with accounts younger than this.
* Please familarize yourself with the F.A.Q.s if you haven't used the pound before!
* A Great User created guide for the pound can be found here
*Note: The Neopian Pound is not to be abused for financal gain. Selling Neopets, or profiting from abandoned Neopets is a freezable offence.*

Rules


* Must be in the guild at least one month before qualifying to adopt a pet
* Must be rank EXECUTIVE LEVEL 1 or higher to adopt from the agency.
* Must be EXECUTIVE LEVEL 2 to adopt PACKAGE PETS Which are pets with a color, and a set of wearables
* Package Pets are meant to a REWARD for reaching LEVEL 2 But Are Given away on a first come first served basis.(Package pets are denoted with a * behind their name).
* If you do not qualify for a pet example: non guild member, not playing neopets over 4 months or have not been with the guild for over 1 month, not executive level 2, your neomail request will be deleted and no response will be given.
* This minimizes users joining just to get a great pet and then leaving
* All pets in the agency must be limited edition, restricted, or painted pets.
* Normal Grundos (Blue, red, purple, green, yellow, brown, or white Grundos) are no longer being accepted by the agency. Any other coloured-Grundos are accepted!
* Do NOT charge ANYONE for adopting the pet.
* NEOPETS CHARGES AN ADOPTION FEE, THESE NEOPOINTS DO NOT GO TO THE OWNER OR THE PMC.
* Anyone asking for NP to adopt the pet should be reported to Vintage1234
* You must have 3 pets or less on the account you wish to adopt from the center.
* There are NO exceptions to these rules.

Adoption Process


* After you have contacted Vintage1234 and qualify for the adoption, Vintage1234 will put you in contact with the member giving the pet away
* Neomails to the owners directly will be ignored, please go through vintage1234 so we know you are observing guild protocol
* The owner may refuse anyone for any reason at their own discretion. * After the pet is adopted, the pet is the property of the New owner. Therefore If the old owner would like their pet back, it's up to the current owner to give it back.
* Wearables can be given with the pet. This is at the discretion of the owner, HOWEVER once transfered with the pet, the new owner is not required to return them. So please be careful when decideing this
* The current owner may reject the transfer at their discretion for any reason, HOWEVER please be reasonable. Once you decide to transfer your pet, and we put it in the adoption agency, please try and stay true to the descision!
Current Owners


* Neomail Vintage 1234 with your pets name, species, color, and the neopoint amount the pound charges to adopt
* (Strength# + Defense# + Movement# + 60) multiplied by Level#) IS THE FORMULA USED TO DETERMINE THE PET COST.
* Once you have been approved, your pet will be posted in the adoption agency.
* Vintage1234 will contact you if anyone is interested in adopting your pet.
* Once these arrangements are made with the member adopting the pet, you will go to the pound and use the TRANSFER OPTION in the pound! Its the MIDDLE DOOR.
* Type the username who you'll be transfering the pet to CAREFULLY into the box.
* THERE IS A 1000NP FEE TO TRANSFER A PET TO A NEW OWNER, THESE NEOPOINTS DO NOT GO TO THE PMC.
* Thats it, You're done! Enjoy your freedom lol!
New Owners


* To adopt a pet, you will need to neomail Vintage 1234 with the owner's name and the pets name. Just click on the neomail link under the pet's picture.
* Neomails to the owners directly will be ignored, please go through vintage1234 so we know you are observing guild protocol
* You will need to have met the requirements stated above in the rules.
* Vintage1234 will alert the owner that you want to adopt their pet.
* After the owner has been notified, they will visit the pound to make the transfer.
* Please allow time for the owner to send their pet, with players living in different timezones it may take longer. Be Patient, This user is giving you their pet after all lol!
* Please note that the transfer option may only be used ONCE PER MONTH, so you may only adopt one pet per month and you may have to wait for the new month to get the pet you want.
* You will receive an neopets event explaining that a user has sent you their pet.
* You then click on the event, and accept the request!
* YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A FEE TO ADOPT THE PET, THESE NEOPOINTS DO NOT GO TO THE OWNER OR THE PMC
* Then you are DONE! Easy right?
* Enjoy your new pet!!
