RULES
1. It's your choice whether you do a neomail or petpage application, do what you think the pet's worth. Note: If you have a neomail app that takes up more than one message, please can you just shove it in a box on a petpage, nothing fancy. This is only so my inbox doesn't get totally flooded.
2. I mostly judge content, looking at your account, and the condition that your other pets are in rather than grapics on a temporary page.
3. Only neomail Hiloah.
4. Your account must be at least 4 months old, neopets rule; not mine. Depending on my thoughts about you, I might wait the four months to send pets.
5. Use correct Gender.
6. Smilies are fine xD, but no chat speak.
7. I transfer pets all of my pets, and don't put them in the adopt section.
8. Be polite.
9. I said only neomail Hiloah earlier. This means only neomail Hiloah!! Please, please pay attention to this rule! I could lose applications otherwise, this is for your benefit, not mine!
