1:What is your name?
I am a little red headed girl named Anne of Green Gables. You may call me Carrots though ^^
2:Where do you live?
I live in a beautiful Victorian style home called Green Gables on Prince Edward Island, Canada.
3:What is your favorite color?
Silly, my favorite color is green of course!
4:How often are you on neopets?
I am on neopets quite a bit! :) Take right now for instance, this application has taken me quite a while to do, but I'm not going to bed until it's done; even though it's 2:28 a.m. here :* I'm devoted to my pets and really enjoy coming on Neopets! It is my stress reliever from the pressures of college hehe! ;)
5:How do you make neopoints on neopets?
a) shops/restocking
b) stocks
c) games
d) other (describe)
All of the above I have tried, but currently I'm pursuing restocking. I believe that this is the best way to make neopoints :)
6:Do you have a neohome?
Unfortunately no. But someday, I hope to purchase property in Maraqua. I hear it's lovely there!
7:Who is in your neofamily? Describe each member, and how they will react to the pet that you wish to adopt.
My neofamily consists of 3 neopets. Just_Funky the faerie aiaha, Kiockia the biscuit kougra, and Xiaphant the red koi. Just_Funky is a free spirit. She loves meeting new people and flying around neopia exploring the lands. Kiockia likes adventure. He is always wandering off and skinning his knees or finding some odds and ends to bring home to show me. He is quite the little treasure hunter^^ He once brought me home a live wadjet! Needless to say, I told him to put it back outside. But it was a cute gesture!As for Xiaphant, he's the shy one of the family. He loves to go swimming around Maraqua and visit the ruins. I'm hoping to buy a home in Maraqua so that he'll be able to meet more koi's his age and be more social.
I've told all three of my precious little one's about Trougi and how he might be joining our family. You should have seen their reaction! I've never seen such histerics! All of them were jumping up and down asking me when he'd be allowed to move in and if they could meet him... once I calmed everyone down I explained that the final decision rested with you and to keep praying about it. Hopefully their prayers will come true *wink wink*
8:What will Trougi do at your home? What kind of life can he expect?
If Trougi is allowed to become part of my loving family, he could expect a life of action, fun, growth, and nurturing! He would be attending the Mystery Island Training school to make him big and strong. He'd be able to play countless hours of games with his new siblings. I would also read him numerous books. Intelligence is the spice of life after all! We would be a close knit family filled with lots of love for one another! :D
9:Do you feel any connection to your neopets, or are they just pixels on a computer screen?
If my pets were just pixels to me, I wouldn't be trying so hard to adopt Trougi. I LOVE all of my pets as if they were my pets in real life. I have a little toy greyhound named Aquamarine whom I love with all of my heart! I feel the same way about my virtual pets! They are my pride and joy ^^ They bring sunshine into my life!
10:How did you learn about Neopets?
Back when I was in high school, my friends were avid neopets players and they got me hooked! I couldn't stop playing now even if I wanted too! (Not that I do :D )
11:How did you learn about Kitty's Adoption Agency?
While on the neo boards, I saw somebody mention Kitty's adoption agency, and thought I'd check it out. I'm sure glad I did too! I found gorgeous little Trougi and fell instantly in love with him! :*
12:If you could choose between a pet with lvl 15 or a painted pet, which would you choose and why?
Hard decision! I love pets with good stats, as I've mentioned before, but I have a special place in my heart for painted pets as well. I think I'd rather adopt a painted pet, because that way, I can still train him up if I decide too and since the training schools require increment amounts with each session, I can better afford it. With purchasing a pb, you must have all of the neopoints up front, something I've never been able to do hehe! ;)
13:If you were away from the computer for a week and had no way
of contacting your neopets, what would you do?
I would probably make sure their well fed before I left. If I was gone for an extended amount of time though, I would put them in the neolodge so that I could rest assured that they were being taken care of properly.
14:What would you do when you came back for them?
I would continue where I left off from, playing games, training, reading books, collecting avvys, exploring, etc.
15:On average, how much do you spend per neopet per month/week?
I don't have a set amount that I spend on them. I just make sure that I attend to their needs, such as food and if they get sick, and I try to train them up when I have neopoints laying around. Right now, I'm saving for a krawk trans potion. ^^ I'll take me FOREVER to save up enough, but It'll happen sometime.
16:Someone offers exspensive items(paintbrushes, etc.) and/or money for your very first pet.
Would you take it, Or keep your dearest neopet?
Isn't it against the rules to trade items for pets?! Even if it wasn't though, I would never and I mean NEVER buy, trade, or sell my neopets! They are like a family to me! Ohana~No one getts left behind!
17:Do you have any HTML abilities?
I'm still learning. As you can see by this lookup, I'm not very good yet, but I gave it my best shot! I hope to improve my skills and hopefully create a beautiful petpage for Trougi! ;)
18:How do you use your Pet Pages?
As I said before, I don't really do anything with them yet, but I hope to make pretty pet pages for all of my pets soon! :D
19:Which is your favorite neopet species?
My favorite species, besides acara of course :D , is the krawk. I am currently attending the University of Florida, and our mascot is the Florida gator! I think it would be awesome to show my team spirit and adopt a krawk here on neopets! Don't you! They are just so cute ^^
20:Lastly, why do YOU specifically deserve to have Trougi?
Hmmm, another hard question. Well, I believe that I am a great owner and that I would take excellent care of Trougi. I LOVE all of my pets to death and would provide a safe, loving, and nurturing home for him. I have always wanted a grey acara because I think they are really adorable ^^ Ultimately though, I hope that whoever adopts him treats him right.
