Yes it's true there are some rules you must follow, if you don't your application will be REJECTED indefinitely!

2. You must be older then 4 month to apply. And don't try that "Well this is a new account my old one got frozen" crap on me I know it all really!
3. English only. I need to be able to read it, that means no chat speak, 1337 speak, or another other kind of speak.
4. Must include 5 or more listed below PLUS any must haves, so right now you need to include 7, 5 of the ones you want, and the 2 must haves!!:

5. Put "Run from the rainbows" creatively in you application.
6. No pre-made ANYTHING! Everything must be original and creative. If you don't have artistic skills don't apply!
7. I want to see dedication. Shops, User lookups, or galleries dedicated to the pet will get you MAJOR brownie points!!
8. DO NOT EVER CALL THE PET AND IT! CALL THEM BY THEIR CORRECT GENDER!!
9. MUST HAVE AIM ONLY!!!
10. List all your accounts, what there used for, and if you have ever been frozen and why.
11. I will not neomail you if you were rejected only if you were accepted.
12. Future petpage and pet lookup are MAJOR pluses.
