-BOOM!-
The ominous grey clouds that had been gathering above your head finally broke sending fat raindrops to the ground- just your luck, eh? As you scan the surroundings for shelter from the storm you see a faint flicker in the distance. It looks like a fire! Perhaps there's some campers nearby!
Your short journey brings you to the mouth of a dark cave. The flickering light is coming from inside. But who knows what creature waits inside the dank walls of the dark cavern. Perhaps its best if you just stand outside but... with another thunderous boom the clouds disapprove of your plan and send more rain down on you, soaking your clothes. Perhaps you should go inside after all. At least there's a fire to warm you up...
 Though you try to walk quietly your footsteps echo in the dark cave. Hopefully this cave-dweller isn't a hungry grarrl or something! Just as you're thinking of turning back you see two glowing red eyes just in front of you...
Introducing Brea Brea: Hello there stranger... get caught in the storm too? You glance up to see that the glowing red eyes belong to a surprisingly meek and kind looking darigan draik. You nod in response to his question and he smiles at you kindly before gesturing towards a modest little fire. Brea: You look cold, wont you join me for some borovan? He sits down on the other side of the small fire and takes a kettle from a rickety little stand above the flames. He pours some thick liquid into a chipped cup and hands it to you.
 Brea: It's strawberry borovan, a creation of my own design. He pauses for a moment, sipping quietly from his cup. Brea: My name is Brea, by the way. Brea Alexander Malum. He extends his hand to you in a friendly gesture. guest: Oh! My name is guest. Brea: guest? Thats a nice name. A few more moments of silence tick by before he rubs his gloved hands together. Brea: Well! It's too quiet in here for my taste and since you dont seem to be much of a talker, why dont I tell you a little more about myself?

I've been traveling for little over 9 years now, trying to perfect my magic abilities. I've studied with many great masters and learned that, being a draik, I have a natural talent for magic but since I'm not a full-blooded draik (more on that later) I had to fine tune my natural magic abilities through training and studying.
I've gotten very skilled at magic, if I do say so myself, since I first started my quest. Unlike a sorcerer, whom has very raw magic a wizard must study to perfect their natural magic and skill. I read my spellbooks for at least one hour each day to keep my mind fresh and to reveiw and memorize any spells I may need that day.
I've also learned that I may have the ability to see the future (or past or present for that matter)! Sometimes, when my sister or I is in danger or experiancing a strong emotion I get weird visions or dreams. Many of the mages I've trained under told me that this is a sign of second sight though I cannot find anyone to teach me more about it. Most 'fortune tellers' I meet are nothing more than second-rate actors trying to con you out of a quick neopoint!
Rianna:
Rianna is the only known living relative I have. She's my little sister and is very dear to me. I'll admit that I'm very protective of her though I know that now she is pretty capable of taking care of herself. Old habits die hard I suppose. I've always looked out for her ever since our mother died from an illness when we were both very young. Our father was rumored to have died while off traveling to better his magic skills. It's because of this that my sister hates the idea of my traveling but she respects my decision. She currently lives in Meridell and though I cant see her as often as I would like I often send her things from my travels.

How did you afford a draik?
I played games mostly. I'm a terrible restocker and my computer is rather slow so games were pretty much all I had. I also enter the art gallery a lot an sometimes they give you really expensive items for prizes. That helped too. ^^
Do you watch Naruto? Is Brea's appearance based of Kabuto at all?
Although I am aware of Naruto I've only seen about 5 minutes of one episode. Naruto's voice (English- never seen the Japanese version) annoys me worse than nails on a chalkboard so I never got into it. As for the manga, I've never read it. So, no, I don't even know who 'Kabuto is. Brea's appearance is just something that came from my brain, flowed through my hand, and onto my paper. ^-^
Will you donate to my ________ fund?
No. Unless you are a dear friend I will not donate to any fund. I started out with the same amount of neopoints as you- you can earn things too.
Will you draw me a picture?
Sorry, but my art requests are closed. I work full time and go to college so I dont have time to draw anyone and everyone a picture. I also rarely do art trades mainly because I forget about them or the art I recieve is a scribble on a peice of lined paper. -_- Not very fair is it?
Can I use one of your pictures?
I used to allow this but since a number of people have used my art without giving me credit or telling me I dont allow it anymore and I will report anyone I see using my art. Sorry but thems the brakes.
What do you use to draw?
I usually draw my pictures directly onto my computer with a wacom tablet (they're pretty cheap at Wacom.com if you're interested). I color my art with Adobe Photoshop 7.0. All animations were done with Adobe Imageready 7.0.

Why doesnt Brea look like a draik?
Well, its all to do with his background. His mother was a kougra/aisha mix and his father was a Darigan draik. Though his looks favor his father's he also has some aisha qualities (no real snout or visible nostrils) and kougra qualities (stripes and retractable claws).
Do you role play?
Yes! I'm almost always up for a good role play as long as the person is semi-litterate. I'm afraid as of right now I only Role Play with Brea and he's an anthro role player.If you're still interested please check out his RP Information below. ^^
Why is Brea a wizard?
Because! X3 Brea's akward, friendly personality just seemed fitting for a wizard to me. Also it seemed like a lot of fun to role play!
Can my pet date Brea?
Well, unless your pet and Brea have been role playing and have been friends for a while- I doubt it. Though Brea is very kind and extreamly friendly he's most likely to get very akward and find a reason to leave if a pet starts to flrt with him. ^^;
Can Brea and my pet be friends?
Only through role playing. I dont do random friend links because they're meaningless. If you truely want your pet and Brea to be friends then a friendship should develop.

Brea is an anthro neopet and I only accept semi-literate (or above if you can put up with my semi-literate-ness) role play invitations. So if you don't even know what that means best study up a bit before neomailing me. I have put a link to a role play guide at the bottom of this page for this very reason. ^-^
Just so you know: Brea lives in Medieval times. Though the setting maybe Merridell I don't want anyone wearing blue jeans or an alien aisha drinking a slurpie nearby. ^^; This is just the timeline Brea lives in. If you need a more modern setting there are plenty of Anthro Neopets RPs on the RPC, trust me.
If your pet is interested in Brea as a 'mate' or 'boyfriend' get ready to establish a close friendship first. Brea is kind, open, and friendly but he's not likely to jump into a serious relationship. He's also not likely to role play with a character that is remarkably similar to him. If your pet is a spectacle sporting draik-to-be who is a kind adventuring wizard and hates bugs and blood, get more creative! You don't have to be EXACTLY like Brea for him and your pet to get along! Besides, even if they hate each other, enemies can be fun to role play too!
