Petpage application for Kristene
Welcome to my application for Kristene the plushie kacheek! My name is Sino, and before I start, just a note that nobody forced me to do this. In other words, I did this out of my own free will.Ok, now, click something under the navigation to start! Hope you enjoy reading this!

Why Kristene?
Firstly, because Kristene is a plushie kacheek! Plushie Kacheek has always been a dreamie of mine. Rest assured, I will definitely not trade her off for the rest of my existence in neopets. I love plushie kacheeks because they are adorable, pinkish (my favourite colour!) and most importantly, they are fun to customise! When I mean fun, I really mean it! Initially, I could not choose between owning a plushie gnorbu or kacheek, because I kinda like lamas, but plushie kacheeks won out in the end, as they are way too cute and fun to customise. They look good in almost anything! Plus, I realise plushie gnorbus are a tad too fat for my liking. They look fat no matter how I customise them. But plushie kacheeks are different. They look just fine. So hence, my love for them grew!
Other than being a plushie kacheek, I like Kristene more than any other original plushie kacheeks because of her name. The first thing that came to my mind when I saw her UFA was 'Wow, awesome name! I had inspiration for her character and story right away, and this is mainly the reason why I am writing this application!
Why me?
I have to admit, I am not good in English, (being raised in a country whose native language isn't English). This will make expressive writing difficult, and persuading you to let me be Kristene's new owner even more so, but i will still try my best.Well, first and foremost, I take good care of my pets. Can you see all their smiling faces on my userlookup? I promise you that I will definitely take really good care of Kristene as well. I have made plans and even had all her things well prepared to welcome her into her new home. You can see them later on. I hope as you continue reading this app, I will come across to you as a worthy and responsible owner of Kristene.
About me
On NeopetsI am a kind and fun loving user on Neopets. I usually spend most of my time here doing art requests, playing neoquest II, playing keyquest and of course, on the PC. Although I am always on the PC, that doesn't mean I am always trading pets. I usually just lurk around, and only get excited once in a while when I see a dreamie of mine (like Kristene!) Then comes the arduous, but fruitful nonetheless, journey of putting in my best efforts to try to achieve that dreamie, whether is it through trading or adoption.

Real life
I am currently 14. I started playing Neopets since 7, and never quit once. Although I may be busy sometimes, especially during exam periods, I will try my best to come online everyday because Neo seems to be part of my daily life now. On computer = must go on Neo. (my weakness!)
Hobbies I have in real life include:Mangas and animes are the main reasons why I love drawing. When I was young (around 9), I started watching animes and 'fell in love' with the characters. Thus, I draw many sketches of them to keep them with me

Most of the items will be neopoint items since my country doesn't sell neocash, and my dad doesn't allow me to buy NC from the internet. Thus, I can only use those NC items I was gifted. *cry* But anyway, I had got these items ready as well. I have put them on Unprecedentedly.
And lastly, you can even take a sneak view of Kristene's lookup here.
The first thing I would do for Kristene would be giving her these things I have prepared. After that, I will make a petpage for her with all her information in there. I plan to draw and role play Kristene as well, like what I did to Jax and Joy. The layout of Kristene's petpage would be something similar to this application's.
Also, I will be entering Kristene for the beauty contest, like what I did to Kiwigei. Look at his shiny trophies~ However, unlike Kiwi, Kristene's a kacheek and that would make it tougher to win the beauty contest. I will only enter her when I have the time to spam even more (than what I did when I entered Kiwi), that is, during the holidays.

This is Jaxln, Jax is his nickname. I got him from a trade. I traded a WN Cased robot uni for a ghost custom. He is one of my proud permies. A ghost uni with royal boy clothing is what I needed for my story. You can read more about him here. However, the page is still under construction. I will finish it when I have the time |
| This is Joyln, Joy is her nickname and she is Jax's twin sister. I got her from her trade (Ghost custom) as well. Oh and you must be wondering how I got the royal boy and girl clothes for Jax and Joy. Well, I hand painted Precedentedly and Unprecedentedly royals. They were my first couple. However, a random event occurred and turned Precedentedly invisible. *heartbreaks* I painted him christmas and transferred him to a side, and Unprecedentedly will be joining him soon. |

This is Brandys_lil_Blumaroo, and his nickname is Brandys. Even though he is VBN, I still really love him a lot. I even rejected a WN UC faerie ixi offer on him even though I know it's a huge over offer at that time. Brandys will never be UFT. That goes for everyone mentioned here! :) Brandys is my BD pet. I am currently zapping him, hoping that his stats will increase to 950 HSD. With that, i will stop zapping him and feed him armoured negg to increase his defence to 100. I am planning to keep him as a ghost kacheek with pirate kacheek clothes. YARR~ That's my plan for him so far. I hope it will work out soon. |
| This is Saltarin_. I call him Saltarin. I spent a king's ransom getting him. I traded a Royal custom for Ydu, traded Ydu with 4 mil custom for a VBN faerie draik, traded the faerie draik for a VBN faerie krawk, and finally, with a plushie custom, for Saltarin! These trades took some time to take place. I am still working on his character development. |

Come to think of it, if I were chosen to be Kristene's new owner, Kristene will be my first non-dark character :P

Kristene's droopy ears and green hair really makes her stand out. Not just that, Kristene can even talk and move like a human being. However, Kristene does not want people to know about this ability of hers so that she would not attract any unwanted attention.

Chapter 1 (summarised)
Kristene was a plushie on sale in a toy shop. Before she was bought, her only entertainment was Kat, the cat-angel plushie. Similar to her, Kat can move as well, but cannot talk. Kat was Kristene's only companion, and Kristene was Kat's only companion. One day, a little girl came and bought Kristene home. She is Kristene's new owner. Unable to leave her side, Kat secretly followed them home as well.
Kristene's owner would always bring Kristene with her to her dancing lessons. Watching her owner dance every day, Kristene became fascinated by the dance steps and fell in love with dancing. She hoped that one day, she could be like her owner and dance as well. She decided to choose the path to her own freedom - to dance. With the help from Kat, Kristene managed to run away from home, although she felt slightly remorseful for abandoning her home…
Chapter 2 (summarised)
Kristene had to be very careful to prevent getting caught. However, the journey was not as smooth as what she had expected. A group of boys noticed of her and started bullying and teasing her by pulling and tearing her. Luckily for Kristene, a bird came to her rescue. He somehow managed to scare the boys away and save Kristene's life.
Chapter 3 (summarised)
Feeling grateful towards the bird for saving her life, Kristene confided in him about her ability to talk and move. Kristene even told him about her dream to become a dancer. The bird said that he know just the right place to go. He brought Kristene on his back and took her to a whole new world called Neopia.
Chapter 4 (summarised)
Neopia was a place so well hidden and highly secured that no human could find it. Hidden from the human eyes, even Kristene herself did not know that Neopia existed. In Neopia, Kristene found a lot of plushies just like her and Kat. They can all talk and move as well. The bird then brought Kristene to a city in Neopia called Faerieland. There, Queen Fyora was delighted to see Kristene. Queen Fyora is the faerie queen. The bird who saved Kristene apparently was a faerie pteri. The faerie pteri told Queen Fyora about Kristene's dream to become a dancer. Queen Fyora decided to grant Kristene a human body so that she can move more easily and gracefully in it. The spell succeeded.
Chapter 5 (summarised)
Kristene was asked to stay so that the faeries here can teach her how to dance. The faeries in Faerieland can dance better than anyone, especially in air. Unfortunately, for Kristene, she could not fly. Hence she could only dance on the floor. Kristene practiced hard to be able to dance fairly well.
Chapter 6 (summarised)
Kristene started to miss her old owner. She requested Queen Fyora to temporary return her to her original form so that she can meet her old owner. She returned to Earth and saw her owner. She showed her owner her ability to talk and move, and of course, even told her her dream to dance. She told her she wanted to stay in Faerieland, where she felt she truly belonged. Her owner, initially overjoyed to see Kristene back, could not accept this at first, but did so eventually. She allowed Kristene to return to Neopia, since that was where she belonged. It was a tearful farewell for both.

Kristene returned to Faerieland. Faerieland had become her new home. Sometimes, she would still borrow Queen Fyora's power to take a peek at her old owner from Faerieland.
