If you are a Premium user (not a Premium user? neomail me for an invite! Premium costs $7.99 a month and you need a credit or debit card, a checking account or a Paypal account to sign up) and have the Lucky Faerie Space Charm, it is possible for the charm to double your points and then the talisman to increase that. I was playing a game and my Lucky Faerie Space Charm doubled my points from 530 to 1060 and then my talisman increased that, so I got 2,120 nps!!!

Where do I get beads?
1. You get a bead when you sign up for the mobile game after clicking someone's referral link.
If you already have the game and did not click someone's link, it's not too late.
You can still get a bead for clicking a referral link. Click on the button for a referral.

2. You get beads for referring others to the mobile game.
3. You can get a bead in a random event.
4. You can buy* them from the Trading Post.
*Tongi beads cannot be bought. They are the first four beads automatically added to your talisman for your first four referrals.

I've tried clicking your referral link a couple of times but all it seems to do is take me to Neopets Central - am I missing something here?
If you are not from the United States that happens. Be patient, Neopets Mobile will eventually be rolled out worldwide in seven different languages following its North American debut through Cingular Wireless.

Do I have to have a cell phone and the mobile game to get referrals?
No, if you are in the US you can still get referrals and not have the game yourself. Just click on the referral link above and it will take you to the page you need to get started.

How much does the game cost?
The game costs $2.99 a month

Should I get a mobile internet package with my mobile carrier?
YES! At least add the cheapest mobile internet package your carrier has (about $4.95). It will save you money and you won't get a bill with over $50 is data usage charges like I did :/

Is there anything else I should know about the mobile game?
When you are logged onto the mobile game, you cannot access the Neopets website. You must end your cellphone session first. If you try to log into your web account you will get the following message:

You currently have a cellphone game in session! You've downloaded your items onto your cellphone.
This means that up to 50 items that are in your inventory on the website will be deleted along with any items you acquired on your cellphone.
To avoid the penalty, access the game on your cellphone and log out or chose the sync and quit option. If you can't log out via your cellphone, you can end a total of 5 cellphone sessions per month via the neopets.com website without losing any items that you downloaded to your cellphone. These are called 'penalty free sessions'.

Will the Neopets Mobile game be available to other carriers and will it be available worldwide?

The beads come in Red, Yellow, Blue & Green, what do the different colors mean?
Red - Strength
Yellow - Speed
Blue - Diplomacy
Green - Luck

What do the beads do?
So far I've confirmed that the beads can: give discounts in the Neopian shops & randomly increase your points playing games. The beads supposedly increase your chances of getting Random Events. I have all of the beads and on a few days my RE's did increase, but most days I still get one or two like everyone else. Honestly, I would not buy beads just for Random Events.

How many beads do I need on my talisman to start getting random events, shop discounts or points increases?
I asked around the Charter Premium boards and was told that users with only 1 bead on their talisman noticed a few shop discounts and points increases. The more beads you have the stronger the effect of the talisman is.

Do you get a lot of shop discounts and points increases?
I can get a discount every few items that I buy or sometimes multiple discounts in a row. I don't play many games, but when I do I get at least one increase.

Can I remove the beads after placing them on my talisman?
No! Once you put the beads on the talisman they cannot be removed.

What happens when I have all of the beads on my talisman?
I completed my talisman on July 20, 2006 and so far I haven't gotten a prize, trophy or access to anything special. You CANNOT access Lutari Island by completing your talisman!!!

How do I know what beads I have and which ones I still need?
