Hi there guest. Well we had a rough year in the AC III, but nothing is stopping us from returning to the glory days of the AC I and II. My mom, darigan_lupe63, made this site and it's awesome. This site is dedicated to Darigan, espically for our win in the cup this year! Our slogan here is, The Fire is in Our Eyes.

Darigan Supporters Unite!

I hope you all had fun in the Altador Cup these last three years! We had a great run three years ago, earning silver in a great match against the Haunted Woods. Two years ago we were even greater in defeating the foolish Roo's (but then again they did great too!). Let's forget about last years falter and try to win all again this year!

First off a look at our awesome team (to be updated at the start of each new AC)!

Team Info: Darigan Citadel (Year One)
A solid squad with few major weaknesses, the big criticism against this club over the years has been that they play too easy a schedule during the regular season, and as a result they're unprepared when tournament time rolls around. Well, this past season the Darigan Citadel finally relented and added some more matches against a few of the better clubs. So, while they might not have finished as high in the standings as they normally do, Darigan fans are hoping that this year's team will show a little extra toughness during the games that matter most.

Team Info: Darigan Citadel (Year Two)
In reaching the championship match of last year's Altador Cup tournament, the Darigan Citadel shook off their reputation as postseason underachievers. Rather than resting on their laurels, however, the Citadel's team has made an upgrade at the goaltending position, replacing the less-than-mobile Mungo Lifler with promising netminder Reshar Collifey. One of the keys to last year's success, some say, was the tougher regular season schedule the team played. If that's the case, then this year's squad should be poised for a run deep into the tournament, as their regular schedule included plenty of powerhouse clubs.

Team Info: Darigan Citadel (Year Three)
Since they're the defending champions and odds-on favourites to win it all, every other team at the Altador Cup will be gunning to take down the squad from the Darigan Citadel. Looking at the Year 9 roster, all the big guns from last year are back - scorer supreme Layton Vickles, lockdown defender Tormo "The Terror" Frein, and promising young netminder Reshar Collifey. Some have started to wonder, however, whether Darigan's "if it ain't broke don't fix it" approach is actually a case of the champions resting on their laurels...

Team Info: Darigan Citadel (Year Four)
Slipping from their spot as defending champions down to seventh place, it would seem as though the Darigan Yooyuball team has come to a crossroads, whereby they'll either retool and rebound or continue to slip further behind. Although this year's Darigan roster is the same as last year's, there have been rumours that serious adjustments to their style of play are in the works.

The team consists of 5 awesome players named: Tandrak Shaye, Tormo "The Terror" Frein, Reshar Collifey, Kep Bonnefie and Layton Vickles

Here is my hero, Tandrak Shaye!

Player Position: Right Forward Though he may not excel an any one particular aspect of the game, there are few Yooyuball players with more all around talent than this great Gelert forward. There was some concern about him dealing with nagging injuries toward the end of the regular season, but Shaye claims that he's now 100%.
Strengths: Consistency, Passing, Guarding
Weaknesses: Injury-prone, Scoring

Next up, the frightening, Tormo "The Terror" Frein

Player Position: Right Defender. When this relentless defender gets an assignment to cover someone, he stays on them from the time they leave the locker room until the final whistle blows. Over the years, many a flashy forward has seen their consecutive games scoring streak halted by the nonstop aggression of this pesky defenseman.
Strengths: Guarding, Tackling, Tenacity
Weaknesses: Scoring, Passing

Third, The hulking brute that is, Reshar Collifey.

Player Position: Goalkeeper We don't have a full description on him but here are his stats.
Strengths: Quickness, Good Hands, Energy
Weaknesses: Inexperience

Our rough and tough gal, Kep Bonnefie

Player Position: Left Defender Ever since a series of unflattering articles some years ago, this hard-driving Buzz defender has refused to talk: not to the media, her teammates, or even her close friends and family. It's probably just as well, since her aggressive tackles speak volumes about her enthusiasm for the game.
Strengths: Tackling, Stealing the ball, Experience
Weaknesses: Scoring, Strength

Finally the down right creepy Captian, Layton Vickles.

Player Position: Left Forward This slithering scorer is incredibly difficult to guard, winding in and out of traps with the greatest of ease. As one might imagine, his shots aren't very powerful, but his arsenal of fakes and feints around the net are all but irresistible.
Strengths: Scoring, Running Plays, Quickness
Weaknesses: Strength

Night Strider

I'll tell you a story, I story I say,
About a young ruler on one stormy day.
His body was shrouded in an eerie black mist,
A bloody staff lay in his fist.
He is tall dark and gruesome, a terrible sight,
Who filled one with a trembling fright.
Said to have turned good with a flash,
Those who say it are infinitely brash.
This creature he walked down his hellish hall,
Watching and waiting for his next minions brawl.
A demon, a monster such names came from him,
A corrupted black heart beating within.
Purple and black flew high from his tower,
Casting down shadows of terrible power.
A legend that rose from his foul grave,
Came back and seemed heroic and brave.
A smirk on his lips and a curl in his claws,
People forgot his one true cause.
As he walked about his castle this night,
He thought of new ways to start a new fight.
Down to Neopia he would come,
Lord Darigan would be loved by none,
But those how followed in his every step.
And so he plotted as he crept.
